Great location and looks great, but I booked online, had a confirmation number, but they didn't have room for me. They said to call next time... What is the point of teaming up with an online booking company if you don't check who has booked with you online? Only saving quality was that they managed to find me a (cheap) motel to stay in and paid for it. Not what I was hoping to stay in, but at least they put in an effort to make it right.

Hotel undergoing change. Room was fine but had to carry heavy luggage to room as no lift.Meal in downstairs bar was fair but quite noisy.

It took 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order and another 40 minutes for the food. We were in way before 7 but the waitress wouldn't honor the 4 to 7 menu discounts because she waited til 7:10 to take our orders. The music was as loud as a nightclub. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Clean and big room, staff a little slow, especially at the hotel bar. Worst barmaid ever. But overall the hotel is great. Good location.
