Archie was a lovely person to deal with. We popped in after my 4 year old daughter's unicorn watch had stopped working (her grannie bought her it to start learning the time). Archie spoke to my daughter in a friendly, pleasant manner and replaced the watch battery for free. Thank you Archie your a credit to the company :-) and very kind

Took a pair of shoes in to get new soles, and new quarter steel heels. Got the shoes back the same day, and they're good as new.

Stopped in on my way out of Asda as my watch battery had been need replaced for months. Shop assistant was very friendly and put the new battery in my watch in minutes. Got a lifetime battery so will be back and I will be back with partners watch as his battery has stopped too.

They also do watch repairs. The young gentleman was very kind and quickly fixed my watch band. He was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this shop as they offer all kinds of services. I also bought some insoles for my shoes which were a very good price. The shop is in front of the cash registers next to McDonalds near the entrance.

Got boot laces here a couple of months ago costing £2 odds and went to get another set today to be charged £2 more than last time and when I said about the price I was told they’ve been over £4 for the last 10 years…

Just an excellent experience all round, the guys where friendly and helpful. I took my phone to have a new battery installed. The price was very reasonable especially compared to the manufacturer (I'm looking at you Apple). My iPhone was ready in less than 24 hours and the phone is working like it's new.Well done a quality product with quality workmanship a lot of companies could learn from this one.Thanks again
