Pet Valu

Very clean and organized Pet Valu. Lots of parking with anchor stores in this plaza. Great customer service. We dropped in to check the raw food for our dog close to 9pm. The young lady was very polite and friendly. We didn’t buy anything at the end but will definitely come back because of the great service.

The location was clean, spacious, and lots of options for different pets. The employees are friendly and approachable, and offers great advice. This location also has a self-serve pet wash station available. They have the cutest Beta fish available.

Very poor customer treatment this was the second time we visited this store and most likely the very last. we bought a set of dog boots and Jacket with red tag on it, both of them were too big for our dog so i took the dog with me to return them and get something that fits him but they refused to return or even exchange because it was FINAL SALE. obviously we didn't know or we would not buy it and the guy who cashed us out and helped us pick the jacket said you can bring it back if its not the right size? if the store clerk don't know the product is final sale and never mention that it is how do we as customer know? its very upsetting to see that a big and reputable chain treat customers this way. i now have both items that cant be used. At least put a sign on the final sale products that NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Nothing on the tag says final sale.

Manager is a joke. Doesn’t know how to properly induct interviews, was just talking about her personal life the whole time and proceeded to waste my time. Employee’s are also rude and judgemental. Pet valu get a better manager.

The staff are super helpful and full of great advice. My cat wanted a new cat bed, I think he's still undecided at the moment. Common Charlie, just lay in the cat bed, it looks really warm and cozy!

Awesome store, very clean and helpful staff. But the reason that I drive to this store is the pet washing station. I used that station today with my big dog and I'm so grateful for this place. Thank you, this will be my favourite Pet Valu from now on.

I was in yesterday and 2 employees were busy chatting away and didn't acknowledge me at all. I was picking up things I needed and they went into the back continuing their chattering. They both showed up while I was checking out still chatting to each other and still no acknowledgement. As I was getting ready to pay and pick up my purchases they asked if I wanted a bag. That's the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Train your staff!!

Brought two dogs to get washed up after a busy day of hiking.Pet value employee told me that two dogs are too much and that I should leave one of the dogs in the car. It’s been a heat warning this week and this is how our neighbourhood Corporate (not franchised) acts to their loyal clients.
