Quentin was very professional. He was able to clean both of our chimneys from inside our home. There was no fear of anyone falling or causing roof damage. This was a huge concern for us since we have a metal roof on our two story home. We highly recommend Bald Eagle for your wood stove maintenance.

Had some issues with a blocked chimney cap and Quentin was able to come out in adverse conditions to take a look. Did a sweep and took care of the blockage as well. Super responsive, helped explain the issue, and much cleaner than previous sweeps I’ve used. :)

Extremely professional and courteous. In addition to throughly cleaning our chimney, Quentin also cleaned out our very dirty blower and showed me where to spray WD 40 on the motor joints. I can't reccomend his services highly enough!

Quentin arrived on time and did a great job sweeping/inspecting our chimney. He and his staff are friendly and well versed in chimney inspections keeping their certification and training current. We will most certainly use Bald Eagle Chimney for all our future chimney needs

We have used Bald Eagle Chimney twice, once for chimney cleaning, and once for chimney repair. We were very satisfied, both times. Quentin was professional, but not corporate, efficient, knowledge and reasonable. We would definitely use this service again!

Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. It turns out I had some unexpected degradation in my chimney, and I received immediate support as well as suggestions for upkeep and preventive care.This was my first chimney sweeping experience, and overall, it was positive. I felt comfortable and will definitely be more responsible for my chimney in the future with regular upkeep--or rather I'm going to let Bald Eagle handle it.

Bald Eagle Enterprise removed an old stove and installed a new stove as well as stove pipe in our home and they were very efficient and affordable and knowledgeable. They made sure all was in working order before they left and they were friendly and professional. We are so happy with our new stove and the work they did! I would highly recommend them for any stove and stove pipe needs.
