The service that you receive from Apex Scaffolding is disaster. I would never use them again nor recommend to anyone

My house needs a lot of work so I bought some used scaffolding from Apex. Easy to deal with, fast delivery, good scaffolding.

I have been dealing with this company for a few years now and I've never had any issues! They are always willing to help problem solve a difficult situation and have helped many times in a pinch. They are my only call for any scaffolding needs!!!

Thought I should post a review given two other negative reviews. I was looking for used scaffolding - after I sent in my order, they replied quickly with a quote and pricing / pickup service was great.

As most contractors will agree with, every day in this business seems like a lesson in panic management. From managing staff and subcontractors to clients and suppliers, the goal posts for success are always moving. Luckily for me, I have a lot of great relationships with subs and suppliers that will almost always do what they can to help us out when we need it. Well today I learned the hard way that not all suppliers are created equal.Today was no different than most, total chaos by 8am and it was time to solve another simple problem, get some quotes on the supply and install of some scaffolding. Unfortunately, and just my luck, I had to get Randy on the phone at Apex scaffolding. I sent him the info along with some pictures. He asked when I needed the quote I told him as soon as possible. I then sent a message saying that I’m a small contractor and I wouldn’t be able to afford $3,000, a price I got from another supplier, and that seemed to set Randy off on this strange childish rant that was totally unprofessional. We exchanged a couple emails and my last to him was, I was just looking for some help and his reply was pretty much that I was the problem and that I had robbed him of 10 minutes of his life.I took some time to reflect on the exchange, and the conclusion I came to was this guy is not worth my time and that as an employer, if I ever heard one of my employees talking to anyone like that while they were on my clock, they would be canned immediately.So anyway in short, if you’re a contractor; or a homeowner, I suggest not looking for help from this company.
