He was excellent! He showed up on time , was polite and did an excellent job explaining things and replacing the water heater. He dealt with watching out for the hardwood floors. A good experience.

Our water tank was so bad that we were embarrassed to have to hire someone to come out to replace it. We came across Ontario Smart Energy Water tank on Google and we were so glad that we chose them to help us. tony and his son did an amazing job! They were honest and very professional! I would highly recommend to all our family and friends!

We noticed our water tank leaking Late monday afternoon, after reaching out to a few places Chris responded immediately and was able to set us up for a high quality replacement water tank first thing tuesday morning. HE came out and was awesome, answered all my questions and did a bang up job taking down and away the old and cleanly installing the new. They were really great, highly professional Definitely recommend these guys.

Dave the assessor did an excellent job of finding opportunities for energy and cost savings at my sister's house. He was calm and helpful. He seems knowledgeable, and did a great job of connecting us to the company for detailed answers to my many questions. The HVAC installation crew supervisor seemed very capable and the whole crew were kind and hard working.The timeline for completion of the extensive upgrades suggested and arrangements to finance the large project was very fast. The speed of the process would be great for folks who are in a rush for upgrades, and who really appreciate a turn-key (just sit back and what things happen for you) kind of approach. We should be getting utility company and government rebates which we're really excited about. The company and Dave handle all those details as well. As I'm more used to being involved in details I'm giving the 4 star review - when all the details are wrapped I'll be convinced that working with Ontario Smart Energy was a 5 star choice. . We are really looking forward to looking at the before and after energy assessment, and to wrapping up the small scale finishing details.Overall a ton of energy saving work done very quickly with an easy financing plan that put these upgrades within reach of us and other folks who would have trouble moving forward without assistance tapping into the programs and financing.

My old Furnace broke down and had on old hot water tank, Thomas the adviser is awesome. Explained everything in detail, the process and educated me on the process of upgrading from tank to tankless water heater. Very satisfied with the job, tech cleaned up very well, I would definitely recommend Ontario Smart Energy if you are having any issues with your Furnace, AC and Tankless.

Dave, the Ontario Smart Energy assessor, was extremely knowledgeable about energy efficiency and sustainability and was able to offer valuable insights and recommendations for improving the energy efficiency of my home. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained me the process in detail. He was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me informed throughout the entire assessment process.Overall, I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to improve the energy efficiency of their home.

I reached out to Ramod at 8:30 pm last night about having my water tank repaired. He replied immediately and work at my house by 7:30 am this morning to run a repair. Two hours later the water tank was fixed. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced. I plan to use Ontario Smart Energy again and highly recommend their services.

Quick to respond and gave a quote that was significantly better than the competitors. They were able to come out the next day and replace our water heater. He was fast and clean throughout the process and answered all of the questions I had. They were in and out in less than 2 hours, no fuss no issues.

He offered the best price compared to other quotes I received through Google. I needed to replace my old gas water heater which was leaking from the bottom. They came within 1 hour after I negotiated the price. Tony did a fast and quality job as well. I am very satisfied.

Dave (Persaud) came to my house and carefully went through everything in detail. He answered all my questions and didn’t rush or push. I recently had someone from another third party try to sell me a similar package and there is no comparison. The package Dave offered has the same equipment and services being installed but is over $5,000 less and the rebate is far better. He is pleasant to deal with and is responsive. I would have given 5 stars except that my monthly payment went up by about $15 after the fact. To be clear - this is not Dave’s fault but the company policy given my situation. I would have preferred a lesser payment. Overall, good job and I would deal with them again.
