A great place for orthotics. Everyone, from the front office staff onwards, is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the orthotics are the best!!! I've tried several providers before my physiotherapist recommended Kim Rau and I'm delighted with the fit and the way my footproblems have cleared up! Highly recommend Kalsey who is the orthotist I see.

We couldn’t be happier with Kimberly Rau and Associates. Kimberly Rau was absolutely fantastic with our 7 year old son that needed orthotics. We were referred to her from a family member that has been seeing her for years and had nothing but good things to say. She was so patient and took the time to explain and educate us every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring with your best interests in mind. Kalsey Smith has made me four pairs of orthotics now, the last pair just a couple of months ago. She is definitely a perfectionist when it comes to her joband she doesn't miss anything to make sure you are getting a perfect fit to be completely comfortable!!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!!!!

I was very impressed with my experiences here. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Kalsey Smith did an excellent job with my orthotics, from a very thorough assessment to the design and fit of the finished product. She answered all of my questions, and provided knowledge and helpful instructions and information for my specific problem. I would highly recommend them.

Kim was incredibly thorough assessing both of my son's for orthotics. They both have Sever's disease and painful bumps from their skates and playing rep hockey. She took time to explain to the kids as well why they were experiencing pain and how the orthotics and gel pads would help. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and amazing at what she does. Highly recommended!!

My appointment was not with Kimberly but with Kalsey Smith. I liked her a great deal and she gave me lots of advice for a foot problem I have. I also got a new custom orthotic made. She has taken the time to make sure they fit well and encouraged me to come back if I ever have problems. She was excellent.

Kalsey Smith was knowledgable and friendly, and made me the best orthotic inserts I've ever worn. Not only that, she also refurbished (at a very reasonable price) two older sets made by my chiropractor. They were better than new! I'm very pleased.

I recently connected with Kimberly Rau to discuss my mild symptoms of Plantar Fasciatis having had a severe case some 15 years ago.My timing was good. It turns out that I was probably headed toward another severe case, but for her good advice! This included immediate preventative excercises, suggestions for proper shoes, and the fitting of new orthotics. The symtoms are now cleared up and my new quality orthotics fit like a glove" and are doing their job!"
