Purchased a black coffee only a couple of times, all times it was disgusting boiling hot coloured water, even the taste was like a drop of dishwashing liquid in it. After a couple of sips I disposed the beverage. It seems operators haven't been trained or simply don't care.

Good price for the full breakfast, but not always cooked as requested. I.e. burnt toast, eggs usually not correct.

It's A&W in a Mall. The burgers are great and cooked consistently, the fries are crispy and taste just right, and the Root Beer is my favorite beverage.And Yes, the Mall is a bit 'last century' and its own New Westminster experience, but it is kept clean and operated efficiently.A&W staff have always got my order correct and I can be sure it will be quick.All said, this is where we go for a good fast-food experience. And I'll be back!

Just a suggestion, it wud be great if the staff can get more training about making a coffee in a proper way. Adding right quantities that customer ask for, not to fill the cup until it overflows (b’cus it splits, even can’t carry it), and taking too much time. Had this bad experience few times.Thanks

I never seem to have a problem until last time. I asked for certain ingredients to be taken off burger. I could see the cook from where I was trying to fix the burger. I think they should have just made me a new one.

The cashier talking to other men than doing her job. The cook had come out take my other. The cashier calls out order but forgets drink on my order. All she say is oh ok. The cook is better than the cashier.

We had a light snack today and ordered a buddy burger, chicken chiptole wrap and sweet potato fries and medium root beer. The taste is good. I recommend the papa burger and grandpa burger if you’re into the big burgers with more meat patties. Quality is excellent
