Tom and his colleague were great to deal with. He shows you that he wants your business and was very responsive and quick to get the job started. Very friendly and professional.

Tom and a colleague installed our A/C unit. When we called Tom he came over the next day to give a quote which was very reasonable price. Once we agree to go ahead with the ac unit he was able to install it with in that week. Even worked around our crazy schedules. Tom fallowed up on how our ac unit was running even gave us some tips to ensure we didnt freeze ourselfs. Sure enough those tricks worked I am now able to step in my basement with out bundling up in winter clothing on. Would definitely recommend Tom.

Put heater in garage earlier in the year has been working perfectly. Actually was able to work in the garage and not have the fridges freeze up with the frigid weather we get in the winters!

Got a quote from Tom for an Air Conditioner Unit. Far better price than other companies for the same brand air conditioner. What I liked about Tom was the clear communication on questions I had and the warranty he offers.Install was seamless, unit looks great, and all the work was well done. I've seen some interesting A/C unit installs in the past and with Tom you can clearly tell he put the TIME and CARE into the install process. The unit on top of the furnace blends in with everything and the workmanship outside of the house was very well done. He even noticed that my builder did some of outgoing pipes from the furnace room wrong and he retrofitted them for me to fix their error.From start to finish Tom was very kind to us and educated us on everything we need to know about AC maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, meticulously inspecting all parts of the furnace to ensure a well delivered service and installation. I would not hesitate to contact him and would highly recommend Phillips HVAC for repairs and new work. Reliability and honesty are clearly forefront values of his business.

I had my garage unit heater installed by Tom at Phillips HVAC. He was very professional and really friendly to do business with. I’m really happy with my warm garage I’ve had this winter, working in there is no longer a chore!
