I recently had a disappointing experience at this car dealership where I was promised a refund on my deposit if the financial deal turned out to be too expensive. Unfortunately, the dealership failed to honor their commitment, leaving me feeling scammed and extremely dissatisfied with their service.

The team at Farco motors went beyond my expectations. Gave me a great discount on my vehicle, and I got the car I always wanted. I will definitely go back and see Houmann again. Thanks

If I could give them no stars, I would. I bough a car from them. The car was not cleaned at all. They told me They will clean it once I bring it back when they get the traction control sensor which is gonna take 1 to 2 months to come. They only gave me the safety certificate when I asked for it. Which turns out isn't correct. I took the car to my mechanic and found out so many things wrong with the vehicle. I contacted Farco Motors and told them everything. They did not even apologize at all. They asked to bring the car back and said they will put new tires and clean the car and fix it up. They didn't have a rental for me either. I had to find one on my own. I had to put my cc to rental the vehicle which they did say they would reimburse but can only have rental for few days as they are being generous. Called them again after 2 days as the rental had to go back. No one could give me an answer about when I would receive my car. Finally got the car and it was not cleaned at all. Called them and they say they can't deal with this anymore. Asked for their owners number and now NO ONE is picking my calls.

Our family purchased a used vehicle from Farco Motors, the process was so easy and painless. The owner even came to shake our hands before we left. Sadly, within a few days we got the dreaded check engine light. It turned out to be a major issue that would never have turned up on a safety inspection, and we needed a new transmission! Houman and Ariu from Farco stepped in immediately and had my vehicle properly diagnosed, repaired, and rebuilt with a top quality specialist within weeks (not easy to do in the current auto climate as I tried to schedule this myself). Even though they didn't have to do a single thing, Farco stepped up and PAID FOR MY NEW TRANSMISSION COMPLETELY. I received a great vehicle at a fair price from an amazing dealership. Everything else about our vehicle is just perfect for us! The fact that they kept us under their wing and made us whole when they didn't have to speaks volumes to me. We will return as customers happily, and gladly share this story with whomever wants to read it.I feel like we have found a great high volume dealership with small town morals and integrity. Thank you Farco Motors! You're an amazing bunch of humans!

I was about to purchase a car from this dealership, so I put in a $1000.00 deposit until I found out that there was a history of severe damage to the vehicle. I called the dealership and was put on hold for 15 minutes waiting for the “boss” I kindly asked for my deposit back and was promised that I will receive it back by the end of the week, I have yet to receive it. I’ve emailed them multiple times and no response. Customer service is very poor, Houman was rude over text, his attitude changed as soon as I put in the deposit, it was so obvious that he only starts being nice to you when you are serious about buying the car. I do not recommend buying from here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

These people don't know how to talk to customer. He said on phone that we don't want your business. 7 times I called and they don't have money to pay for CAR FAX report. How will they give good service to clients after selling cars.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are con men. Picked up a used car from them on May 20, 2023. Was safetied and had a buyout on my trade. Deal went well until I started to drive home, it started to rain so I turned on the wipers and there was no passenger side wiper. Tried to pair my phone to the bluetooth to call them and that didnt work either. Pulled into a ctc and bought a wiper, cleaned the windshield to reveal a giant stonechip on the passenger side. the drive home also revealy a horrible creak in the suspension. When I contacted the I was assured I would be taken care of. skip to the present as of posting this I have not missed a payment on my trade which I am still paying for. Did a carfax and looks like they sold it with a lein on it. took the day off work today to get the repairs done. Was sent to his shop after only to discover it is not a licensed motor vehicle inspection station, went to another shop to get the 4 bald tires changed for some less bald ones and the mechanic there pulled me aside in the parking lot and told me something bad is happening in the front of that car.I warn anyone about buying a car here especially if you have a family you plan on driving around. They are crooks and con artists. I wish I could give 0 stars"

I cant express enough how much I hate this company, never ever going back & reccomend not going aswell .All they care about is there sales, and not the safety or satisfaction for there customers. Terrible staff & customer service, im surprised there still in business. Although I'm not as there scamming there customers & not staying true to there word.I could go on and on and on, needless to say DONT COME HERE !!

My sales person, Houman, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle that I was purchasing. He was extremely professional, patient and responsive to all of my phone calls, text messages and emails. Buying a used car is always a stressful experience, but these guys did everything they could to make sure I was happy. Love the car, great safety done and I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I had a great experience at Farco Motors. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. My salesperson was Houman and he made the purchase process very smooth for me. Would highly recommend them to everyone!
