LN PEDIATRICS

Dealing with the horrible/ rude receptionist is the worst part of this office. People been complaining about her since the beginning of time and no changes have been made. Prepare to wait atleast 30 min after scheduled appointment times ON GOOD DAYS and atleast 1 hr on other days--------update 2023 ---- still wait8ng the same amount of time 42 min----- no masks provided at a Dr's office how cheap of them RIDICULOUS!!!!

Extremely rude receptionist ! She asked my kid's health card over phone 5 times in 2 days !! and the way she talks feels like she is doing a favor. We had our kid's appointment at 9 am but due to traffic at 401, I was outside their office at 9:13 am and got a call from receptionist saying that they can no longer take my kid that day. I requested but in vein and canceled the appointment. So, my day off at work and my kid's at school got wasted.I have hardly seen a doctor in Toronto who sees patient at 9 am when the appointment is 9 am. In case of kids, they should be a bit flexible because we have to take off from our work and kids has taken off from the school just for an appointment.Dr. Patel was nice when we talked to her over phone. She gave enough time to listen the issues and gave proper recommendation. But, public has to face the front desk before seeing her !!!
