I often listened to their radio commercials and found it very interesting. I finally attended one of their seminars and learnt a lot from it. Since then, I look forward to their seminars with different topics.The speakers are very knowledgeable and can make finance topics humorous at times. The staff are very friendly and helpful.I am very comfortable with their advisors handling all my investments. I do not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone!

I met Angela Fok around 15 years ago. Same office and same location.  At that time the office was simple but ok. I felt they were sincere??, honest??.In July/2021, dealing with G*** Ng, D**** Lam and Angela Fok was very disappointing.  They promised a free 2 hr financial discussion which was never completed.  Just a 2 hr simple meeting. First, G*** played phone tag with me for 3 months before I finally found out from another consultant that he is not even in the same province. Then I had a quick 45 minute meeting with a local consultant (D****) whose financial knowledge seemed limited and who wanted an upfront payment of $300 for the remaing 1 1/4 hours of the 2 hours that were promised which would be refunded if their services were used (what happened to the 2 hr  free consultation? Sounds scammy). I tried to contact Angela to discuss since she is the owner, and she didn't even bother to resolve the matter. The receptionist called to gather more information, which I provided, and now more than a month later, still no response. Just super unprofessional all around... this is definitely not a paid ad!! What a service…… Honesty?, Integrity?,  Ethics? , … these are basic building blocks for man and mankind that won't be found here.------------------------------Response from the owner 4 weeks agoWe always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. One business day. I wonder why you “responded” so quickly? But was it an actual resolution? No, it was only cheap words to try to save face and excuse your wrong doing.In your reply here, you acknowledged your unprofessional behavior. However, you are still missing the point. I am not interested in what you will do in the future (it’s easy to make an empty promise), I am not interested in how charitable you are!You could have responded on Sept 27th, when I brought the issue to your attention, but you chose not to. I gave you more than 3 and half months to resolve before I went public. And 1 more month for my second post. You were quick to reply to my negative (and true) review but still have not sincerely responded or actually resolved the issue from months ago. Maybe there is a language barrier? You thanked me for the “feedback”? Where is the FREE 2 hour (300/hr) consultation from a qualified financial planner that was promised? Thankfully I recognized the scam before I agreed to pay for what was promised for free!Angela’s company is very interesting…Why do they advertise so heavily on Chinese radio every week? Are they professionals trying to help newcomers to Canada? Or are they trying to scam you? Maybe they think English language weakness makes you a good target ? That is the question….Do you see RBC, HSBC, and other respected financial institutions making false promises? Why not? Because they’re stupid? Angel’s company says they will help you with your financial planning? REALLY !!!In Canada, most companies are honest and respectful with their customer service. Complaint to RBC, Safeway, HSBC….they will correct their wrong doing and apologize immediately. This company cannot even fulfill simple promises while you are alive - how do you expect they will fulfill their promises ($$$) when you are dead? ….Good Luck? Be careful of all their new “rules” and the fine print. This is my two cents of advice to this world.Words are cheap - you still haven’t actually resolved the issue. Maybe if I “donate” to your “charity,” my issue will then earn a response?
