We are currently building our new house, and has been shopping around in Richmond and Vancouver area for tiles. I heard about Monalisa Tiles from a realtor friend, he mentioned that they have a lot of nice looking tiles and recommended me to check them out.When I first walked into Monalisa Tiles, I was greeted by this beautiful lady by the name of Teresa. Of all the tile shops I had been recently, she was one of the friendliest person I’ve talked to. Teresa asked what kind of style I like, showed me some pictures and asked if that’s the style we’re going for, and provided us with valuable advice and showed us a lot of options that would suit our needs. Unlike other shops, Teresa never up sell us to a more expensive or higher end product when it’s not needed. In fact she was very up front and honest, and told us, certain places you will need to spend more money (master bath, powder room etc) and certain places you can go for a slightly more cost efficient ones (legal suite bathroom etc). She’s very professional, extremely honest and provided us with valuable advice. I have to say that I’m a very picky person, but I have nothing but all positive feedbacks to say about Monalisa Tiles. We end up buying all our tiles for our new house from Monalisa, and when I said all, I meant 100% , because they have the most competitive price, they are very flexible, they are very on top of things, they are very professional, their after sales service is awesome and they made us felt like we are a very valued customer.I highly highly recommend Monalisa Tiles to anyone that are shopping for tiles, stones etc., they are seriously the best tile shop you can ever find in town. And look for Teresa, she is the nicest sales person I’ve ever met.
