Reitmans

I love this brand. My wardrobe has most of reitman clothing. I usually buy online. But this time accidentally ordered wrong size and when I went to the store I was highly disappointed by their behavior. Sadly I removed the tag hoping that I will keep it. But then changed my mind as it was loose fit. When I went to return, the saleswoman said she can't accept return as it seems it has been worn, which I didn't. It's okay if it's your policy of not accepting returns if tag has been taken out, but the way that lady behaved made me feel offended.

they have nice collection of coats for fall & winter, nice clothes for work.Staff are friendly and helpful, good prices in sell section.

I had a wonderful experience there today. Its been a few years since I've been to reitman's but I'm glad I stopped in. They actually have tall leg pants. Its nearly impossible to find pants if you are tall. The young lady that helped me was super friendly and knew her stuff. She even offered to order me pants that they didnt have in a tall size at the store. In this day and age customer service is everything and this store won me over! Will definitely return.

Love this store. my wardrobe could be a Reitman's ad. But I am unhappy with one day sales during the week and pandemic hours. I always seem to miss the deals. I am not a fan of on-line shopping and can not make it to the store before they close at 7 pm.

Protocols in place. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and bright. Lots of variety in clothes. Good sales.

Absolutely amazing service. My wife always comes home looking amazing. She says the staff is so professional and says she gets treated as a client not just a customer. She always mentions the manager, I think her name is Sam or something like that. She says the manager is always upbeat and very resourceful. Thank you Reitmans we go out of our way to to this location .

Very friendly Associate at the register!!! She spent the time to return my purchases and then help me order the correct size!!! Would def shop here again.

I have shopped at different Reitmans stores over the past few years and love this one the most. It is always kept clean, unless a shipment just came in (that is a given anywhere you go) and there are always plenty of styles and sizes available. Once my size was not available and that's because it was on one of their sale/end of season racks. I was offered wonderful assistance by the manager and I think the team leader to fix the issue (it wasn't really an issue) and ended up buying a blouse that was better suited for me than what I was originally looking at also was shown a necklace and earring set that matched perfectly! I receive many compliments. Now to me that shows care and compassion for the customer and isn't that what it is all about? I would recommend Reitmans at The Boardwalk to anybody. Love their clothes, love the service, love the pricing and especially love their willingness to give top notch service. Looking forward to the next visit!

I always have such a wonderful experience when shopping at this location, its actually the only location I will go to. The staff is all very nice, welcoming and helpful. The store manager Melena truly has a way with people and always has a cheery attitude and a smile on her face. I love shopping here and make it a point to always tell family and friends if they need a wardrobe update to go visit the girls at the Reitmans on the Boardwalk, they won't be disappointed!
