If you can avoid please do! Seems that my speeds are never consistent and I need a new router every 6 months! No good!

Didnt post payments....said I owed them 625 when I owed them 160. Wifi is subpar...cuts out all the time and I'm in town. Hard to say which is worse...Cogeco or Bell.When I accidentally posted a payment to the wrong account they wouldn't reverse it. They are totally inept and horrible to deal with.

My recently widowed mother-in-law who resides in Lindsay, ON spoke with @Cogeco services - Kawartha Lakes; She very specifically asked that new services were NOT to be provided to/for her basement apartment tenant who is in the process of eviction. This request was blatantly ignored & further action is being pursued.This is simply beyond unacceptable.

Terrible. I am NOT a Cogeco customer and would NEVER want to be. I have a TEMPORARY line on my property which has been there for 8 months. They will not come and take it out. They have not even put in my neighbour's permanent line. All they do when I call them is pile up the excuses and lies. I am sick of this! Cogeco deserves negative stars! Zero stars are WAY too many!

Pay for 80mb business service and for the past 2 weeks we're getting between 2-16mb service, with hundreds of dropped packets....and they're taking their time doing ANYTHING about it.

The worst cable company or internet I can’t even get them to hook us up called multiple times had 3 dumdass guys come out only to leave later with absolutely nothing done. I’ve been waiting for two weeks now and have to wait another week gonna be funny when I get some other provider and when their guy finally shows up I WILL SHOW HIM THE DOOR!!!!! And my foot!!!!! Pathetic service actually no stars had to leave one for this review!!!

This is a scam, you pay money for a month's worth of service but you're lucky if your connection runs properly for even a week out of that month. You pay, but you receive little to no working Internet service. When you call Cogeco to ask them to fix it (yet again) it can often be weeks before they'll send out someone to look at the problem. One star is far too high of a review, but 0 doesn't seem to be an option. I'd recommend using any other internet provider (such as one that actually provides Internet.)

Cogeco hired a company to bury Fiber Optic Line to my house on Severn Street in Severn Bridge.They did run the fiber, however they dug up my electric service which no longer works.I have called 9 times.I am on hold right now.Each time I give them my name and advise them the situation. Each time they advise I must provide a customer number or telephone they have me registered on. Each time I tell them this is a new service in a new area. The area is not expected to be energized until November.Each time they tell me they will escalate and have someone call back.I also called the sub contractor. Each time I called, I entered a different extension and left a message.Finally someone understood what the problem was and told me someone call back.You tore up your outside electrical, then you call numerous times and I keep telling you you are not a customer. What would you do?

Don't get Cogeco Internet if you can avoid it. Every single day we have issues. EVERY SINGLE DAY we have to reset the router/modem. Why?We just got an email recently telling us the prices are going up. Why Cogeco? Your service is bottom of the barrel and now you're going to charge us more?As of today you have a rating of 1.2... I hate Bell but it looks like I'm making the switch back to them. Thanks for literally wasting our money for the last three years.

We switched to Cogeco a little over a month ago and their customer service is non existent. Our phone was out for four days and the soonest they could send a technician was 5 days later. Imagine expecting someone to get by for a week without their phone. Now oùr TV is not working and I am holding for tech support (already 15 minutes). Use anybody other than Cogeco.
