Stefan and Ginger constantly go above and beyond to ensure that clients are well supported. I had initially started the process with a mortgage specialist at my home bank, but communication was difficult, and I was often left with more questions after a call, which had to be scheduled at least a week in advance. The Quickfire team is education-focused and very easy to get ahold of. They are very thorough and patient with their explanations, which allows you to feel well-informed and confident throughout the process.

Buying a new home and getting a mortgage are very, very overwhelming and stressful experiences, so having Jeremy as our mortgage broker was a huuuuuuge blessing. He made us feel confident and comfortable every step of the way, is super friendly, and has always been there for us. If you go somewhere else for a mortgage broker you are making a huge mistake. Excellent, professional mortgage broker! I was a first time home buyer with little knowledge on purchasing a home, but the Quickfire team was super helpful and secured a great rate for me! Very knowledgeable personnel and excellent communication throughout the entire process. My job has me working out of town a lot so I had to have a lot of meeting online and phone calls, but everything went so smoothly. Five stars is not enough for how Awesome my experience with Quickfire (Ginger in particular) has been. Due to financial circumstance it was very difficult to obtain a mortgage. I was turned down by many lenders, and many more were unwilling to loan an amount sufficient for a purchase in our desired neighbourhood. In the end it was Ginger that came through for us, she went to multiple lenders until finally she found a willing bank. She was even able to get us a very good rate in the midst of interest hikes.The qualification ultimately hung on the sale of our current home, which was again a hurdle. As the market slowed and prices dropped we were constantly having to return to ginger with lower and lower sale prices. After two offers fell through, our home finally sold for well below the hoped for price, but Ginger was still able to make our mortgage work.Throughout the process Ginger was always available, she picked up the phone for every call, and always with a warm hello. Most impressive however, was how she came through for us on the final mile. On an extremely tight deadline she was able to move up the possession of our new home. Now, fingers crossed, we'll be settled into our new home in time for Santa to fill the stockings. For this, and at this time of year especially Ginger is our family's miracle worker!

Buying a first home is incredibly stressful, and for someone without a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Stefan Cherwoniak was able to boil down all the rates and acronyms into logical information we needed to make the right decision. Stefan went out of his way to make sure we got the best available loan at the lowest possible rate. I recommend Stefan to anyone in the market for a mortgage.
