They have a trick where all toys sold have no box wrapping and they say they give you batteries which they don't.This is a ploy so you cannot return or exchange an unused new item. Blatant customer manipulation. Returning to pink cherry which have a return policy.

Saw something on the website, went in to buy it and it was twice as expensive. When I asked why it’s “because COVID” and they wouldn’t honour the price on the website.Unbelievable. Was my go to place. That’s so absurd I won’t be back.

Truly worst experience I’ve ever had in a shop like this. I came in and immediately was drawn to some dancewear at the front of the store. When I asked for help I was met originally with a person who was being quite rude and snickering at my choices which already bothered me but I brushed it off originally. I asked if they carried Pleasers because I’m always in the mood for a new pair (if you know you know) and the male employee who I asked pretended he didn’t know what I was talking about and scoffed. We had come in during an outdoor event to kill some time in the a/c and wanted to look around but I quickly realized this was not a place that deserved my money. As I walked around holding my items before trying them on I was getting weird looks already from the other employees in the store, not uncommon we live in Montreal, this wasn’t what drew my ire.When I was in the fitting room about 3 to 5 minutes in she knocked on the door and asked what I needed, I had barely tried anything on yet, and it’s pretty rare here to experience that. All the items had censor tags in awkward places which made trying on the small pieces almost impossible.Though what really shocked me is after I gave her the ones I didn’t want and we continued our exploration I noticed that the same female employee was actually following me around the store. She wasn’t even subtle about it either, everytime I walked into a new area, she followed very closely behind. When I was looking at pasties, she was behind my shoulder. Not offering help or asking if I had questions for the third time but blatantly profiling me and following me around the store. This is vile behaviour and after holding onto a piece I actually wanted I left without purchasing because I felt so sick by how they were treating me. I’m going to continue spending my hard earned dance cash at Seduction where they don’t treat me like a criminal while charging obscene prices for garbage wholesale lingerie. 100$ is pretty steep for something you took out of a box and hung up. Do better.
