Great company! They came out the same day and did not up-sell me (this has burned me with other garage door companies in the past). Professional, fast, and my spring is fixed, and the door works again! Plus, the price was right, and they warranty their work. So glad I called JB Garage Door Repair.

When I called JB Garage Door Repair, Adam responded right away. He came on time and immediately replaced both cables and adjusted the springs. Adam also adjusted the garage door height. Adam is very friendly, and he gets the job done. The price is reasonable. I will call them again if I need any work on my garage door.

As a retired architect the B&D doors in our recently acquired house needed overdue maintenance and some TLC. JB Garage Door Repair was very friendly and helpful, which gave us some confidence; we then read the testimonials and decided to try them. Thank you JB Garage Door Repair for responding to my emergency call out at 9 pm tonight. I called a few 24/7 emergency repairs but none of them answered the phone. It was a huge relief when JB Garage Door Repair answered my call and had them out within 20 minutes. Tech did an amazing job, fixed everything quickly, and got the dent out in no time. He also fixed the rollers and the spring system. All for a very reasonable price, especially at 9 pm!

Wonderful experience with JB Garage Door Repair! I expected them only to come out and provide a quote to fix my hung door but they were able to fix it the same day!!! They were incredibly informative, polite, and professional!!! Tech explained all the options for my service along with quotes for each item. They took the time to make sure my door was secure and safe.

I made appointment yesterday and their worker come to my house. I cost 245 dollars and after their worker gone, my garage can not close anymore. They said I have to pay more. I think they have to be responsible for their work.Now ,they do not answer my call. Their worker blocked my number I will never come here again

Mark was very professional and knowledgeable about what could be done to get a more quiet opener, save some overhead space, and do a tidy installation. He also helped troubleshoot what appeared to be a hardware issue and immediately got in touch with the manufacturer. We'll use their services again and recommend them.

The motor on our roller door stopped working. After a quick call, JB Garage Door Repair dropped in the next day to check it out and advised that the motor had died. They gave us a quote for a new more suitable motor and were back again a day later to complete the installation for us.
