Customer service is terrible and unresponsive. I've had to ask the same question three times because when (if) I finally do get a response days later, they haven't read the actual question being asked and have given some stale canned answer to a question I wasn't asking.After three tries, still no answer to my question. Giving up.TLDR: If you can't answer your question with the people inside the hardware store, assume you aren't getting any help from MagickWoods directly.

Terrible service. Paid $150 and Faucet leaking after barely a year. Customer service wants a receipt in order to ship a replacement cartridge...From now I'm sticking to the tried & tested brands" - Moen
