Tiffany was very nice and helped me when I really needed it! I really appreciate it! The traditional banks rules were too stringent, but I'm glad Fairstone gives you a chance, especially when you're just trying to get out of debt and you do the best you can. This company goes above and beyond for it's customers. They really do try to help and work with you to build your credit. I mostly deal with Shane. He is very good at answering questions and helping. He follows up with you to ensure you are doing ok and makes everything as easy as possible.
