I recently used Yasen Ali's services to sell my father's home in Montreal; given that I live in Ottawa, it was especially important to find a real estate agent that was knowledgeable, trustworthy and hands-on in his approach. Yasen was all of those things and more. He was able to leverage his network of contacts to find us a hard-working and cost effective moving company to recycle unwanted furniture, an antique furniture specialist, a property surveyor, a gardener and even an agency to measure the asbestos levels in the attic. He was forthright in his advice and was extremely responsive and diligent, always keeping us informed of what was going on, and what to expect next. It was a pleasure working with him and I would not hesitate to recommend him, as he is hands-down the best real estate agent I have ever worked with.
