The Best Connection Inc. - Mississauga

At first they seemed really nice and on the ball. Then I saw my resumé at an interview they sent me to and realized they hadn't changed anything including a mistake I had been meaning to fix. My first day on the job I'm told by more than one manager that I was supposed to bring/wear certain things and the agency (The Best Connection) should have given me a form stating all of the rules and dress code. I was NEVER given such a form. Ontop of that The Best Connection told us the wrong working hours and the wrong wage was posted on the add. The job itself was a disaster in general with rude, inappropriate and sometimes abusive employees who were unwilling to train all of us new employees that were from The Best Connection. I ended up calling The Best Connection the next morning and let them know what was going on. They then tried to make excuses on why the employees might be acting that way even though I let them know the permanent employees of the job expressed that it was a regular thing. At the end of it all they refused to even try to replace me somewhere else and told me to call back in a week to talk to somebody else. I would not recommend this agency.

The Best Connection is exactly what they advertise - the best connection AND service in their industry. I was called for an interview and had a placement the next morning at a great company that definitely has long term potential! I want to specifically thank Giselle Flores, who was a super pleasant recruiter, a fun interviewer, and was able to understand what I was looking for and get me into a position that was relevant to my skills and goals. She even followed up with me to ensure that everything was going well!If you're looking for a job, I would more than recommend The Best Connection and their incredible and diligent team.

This is my first experience with an agency ever and I have to say ... what was I waiting for?? They are GREAT!!Sitara and Tom answer any questions I have and put me at ease. I've been with The Best Connection Mississauga since Apr.9.2018 and I have and will continue to recommend them.

Do not waste your time with this agent.If you get lucky they send you to a crummy job and if you want another chance somewhere else they will tell you they can't help you. That's if they even answer their phone.Emma and Tom are very rude.

Worked for them for 3 months before being hired full time by a company. They were helpful, available and always sensitive to my needs and questions.
