I think this is the greatest gift of all....everyone has a story and everyone's journey is different...I can't imagine who will one day pickup my story and read it and feel the journey I experienced whilst on earth....I have done nothing special with my life but its about me/my thoughts...How wonderful for my descendants to know about me in my words....gives me shivers!

I cannot begin to express our family's gratitude for the existence of No Story Lost and the staff that helped us pull our grandmother's life stories together into a BEAUTIFUL keepsake. This process took much longer than we originally anticipated, but due to circumstances that were out of anyone's control. Our grandmother had received a terminal illness diagnosis shortly after we signed up to do this project. Her health began declining rapidly and she was not feeling well when we began the interviews; this meant shorter, more spaced out interviews. Erika at No Story Lost was so patient and empathetic toward our grandmother; always willing to flex when she wasn't feeling up for an interview. Our grandmother passed away half way through the interview process; the team at No Story Lost handled everything in the most professional way as we tried to navigate if and how to proceed. Erika offered to continue interviews with my grandmother's 5 children and the design team at No Story Lost edited the format of the book into two parts - our grandmother's stories, and her children remembering her. Throughout the editing process, we worked with Heather and she was equally as patient, understanding, and professional! With 3 of us reviewing, we made A LOT of edits and sent in A LOT of info and photos...and we took our sweet time doing it. Heather never rushed us but, very kindly, would nudge us and remind us of deadlines (which was needed!). Once the book was complete, we relayed that we wanted the finished books in time for Christmas gifts and they delivered ahead of schedule. The finished, hard bound books, were even better than we had expected - beautiful print quality and a nice, larger coffee table size. This is truly a family treasure and was the perfect way to honor our grandmother. Our children (her GREAT-grandchildren), and their children after them, will all be able to enjoy and cherish these stories. THANK YOU to the entire team at No Story Lost for your countless hours of work, your extraordinary response time to emails, all your kind and sincere words at the time of losing our grandmother, and your dedication to not letting her stories be lost.

No Story Lost was a gift to me from my daughter. At first I wondered what on earth I would talk about, so I asked her to give me a few ideas. And then once the conversation started with the team at NSL the memories just started to pour out. It was fun reminiscing about so many adventures and family memories, many of which I’d kind of forgotten about. Working with the team at NSL helped make the process much easier than if I had ever tried to do this on my own. And the result is a beautiful keepsake book filled with a treasure trove of memories.

This was the perfect option for my dad who is great at story telling, but hunt & pecks at the keyboard. It turned out beautifully and is a treasure for our entire family!
