Brutal service. Loads of staff but all kids who don't seem to care. When I asked someone for a pair of shoes they took forever and I could hear her chatting in the back. She eventually came out and handed me the box and walked away. When I went to the checkout the kid was yawning and never even looked at me. Armature hour! With some training and some supervision it could be a great place as the product is good. I'll try again but maybe not this location.

The 2 Caucasian older ladies gave such bad vibes. Not very nice. I came in looking to exchange my purchase and an older Caucasian gave me attitude for asking for help and sent me to service shop. A nice young lady at the cashier helped me then another rude Caucasian lady I think was the manager walks up to cash register and never said hi just gave me dirty looks. What a terrible experience.

This review is not based on the store but an employee in particular. Destiny was beyond helpful and patient in assisting me with a price conflict. She did not try to hurry me away as the line was growing and she was the only one on. When I was feeling bad she just remained calm and very reassuring that everything is ok and gave me the service I needed. Not only did she do what o needed but she went over and above to help me with my rewards card as I was having difficulty with that as well. The person that was working in the shoe’s department who i originally asked my question to simply brushed me off and said no we can’t do that and walked away….didn’t offer any solutions or ask a manager as my request was reasonable but yes time consuming and Destiny didn’t shy away to help. Her empathy and professionalism was impressive.

Good selection of shoes, love buying my converse shoes from here. What I hate, I went here July 1st to look for a tank top, all they had was hoodies, hoodies and more hoodies....IN JULY! Also their sales have been pathetic lately. Lots of advertising for big sales and nothing actually on sale in the store.

Tam helped me out in the shoe section. Provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be back.

We were able to find the younger granddaughter (16) her size small easily but for the other one (19) there was not much in the xl/1x sizes for shorts. Not much variety in shorts or crop tops/tanks for either size

Was standing in line with my baby, my son and husband were off to the side and we witnesses two of the front staff treat a customers ,who was returning shoes terribly. This was today at 13:30. The young blonde employee was super unprofessional and rude and escalated the situation to the extent that the customer elevated her voice saying they were treating her like she was a thief and asked them to look at the camera and see if she entered with the shoes, she even tried to give her visa number over so they would believer her but their system was down. They continued to refuse to return her shoes back to the customer. A manager arrived, gave back the shoes and confirmed that the customer had walked in with the merchandise and was super kind and professional. As the customer left both girls yelled at the customers back and laughed at the older lady while the manager was busy. Even continued to bash the lady to the next online customer.Just a really uncomfortable thing to watch and both of the employee were very very immature. They excited the customer and then continued to yell snidely at her in front of my family. This irritated me enough so that I’m writing a review.Also as a side note. those employees were not forthcoming to that manager on what happened or their behaviour.Common Sports Check.

I worked/ran a retail store for 20years. When implementing policy so we can get our job done more efficiently I tried to make sure the policy was not an inconvenience to our customers. When visiting this location I was greeted by several staff. Kudos to you guys for developing a culture of friendliness! What a lost art. I am glad to see this kind of culture in a business has not been completely lost. When going back to make my selection of shoes I found a decent selection and was able to locate my size. I was also greeting by the friendly gentleman back in that section. Beings I was purchasing these shoes for an outdoor outing this day I just left them on and put my Ecco’s in the box. I went to the cash register and the cashier informed he need to verify the sizes. I explained to him that I do not wish to take them off and the employee in the shoe Dept and myself had already verified them. He went on to say something about a serial number and that he would not let me checkout without verifying. I said great. So I put my Ecco’s back on and left the new pair at the store. I only want to spend money when it’s a convenience and good experience for me to do so. I love shopping in person to experience great service. When the service isn’t there it is always easier and typically cheaper to shop online. Which is where I will be making this purchase. I write you this review in hopes that someone recognizes the importance of brick and mortar service/experience. You have to be perfect or someone online will be easier and cheaper.

Gotta love the ableism of chilliwack. Sport Chek refuses to bring out curbside orders. Super helpful for a wheelchair user when I didn’t bring my wheelchair because it was a curbside order as per the website. They claim it’s for safety reasons but what about the safety of customers? Also no carts or mobility carts at the front of the store, no accessible parking spots for ramp users or spots for parking for pickup. They also don’t offer a way to designate an alternate person for pickup. We recently stopped shopping at Mark's Chilliwack because they chopped their curbside as well.They just don’t care about disabled people or their safety shopping at their stores I guess. It’s the same company

The supervisor in you branch in Chilliwack did not provided complete information re: triangle rewards MC so I can purchase and pay on an easy monthly installment plan. I called the cs line and they told me that it has to be a min. of $150 purchase. How can you fix this now?!
