Tried to return a defective part and was given the run around. They were not sympathetic and in my opinion did not seem to care that I was out money, and even chasitised me for not doing it their way.The only good part of this whole ordeal was the cashier at the front greeting me and telling me to have a good day.I had this same issue with Canadian Tire in Maple Ridge, went in returned the part without even speaking a full sentence.

I went to this lordco by fluke looking for a part for my Jeep Liberty. Ryan was extremely helpful, went beyond his duties and his customer service was excellent. Now I only deal with him at this lordco for my vehicle needs.

I went to lordco in pittmeadows today and Ryan helped me. He gave me an amazing experience and was so helpful and had great knowledge. As he helped me he also looked at my car to confirm the parts were correct before I purchased. It was an absolute amazing service. Thank you Ryan for all your help. I will be back!

Just over two weeks ago I attended the Pitt Meadows Lordco to purchase some oil. I was at the Langley branch for another reason when I noted 5 gallon containers of Lordco brand diesel oil was only $77. Sadly I found they had none left and directed me over the bridge to Pitt Meadows who had plenty of stock.I arrived at Pitt Meadows Lordco to find a pallet of oil with the sale price posted directly above with the $77 price. I told the girl at the check out I wanted two. She rung up a price of $49. Being honest, I advised I didn't' believe that price was right for two buckets of the oil at $77 each. She went back, got the product number then rang it in telling me the price increased and they were now $97 each. I stated I would prefer the posted sale price. I was advised she couldn't change the price before she went to the back and got another older gentleman. He also stated the price couldn't be changed and the posted sale price was wrong. While I stood there he tore down the $77 clearly posted sale price and told me the price was $97. Absolutely no customer service from them. I promptly left without purchasing and advised I would be leaving a Google review about their actions. Moral of the story, my honesty with Lordco cost me. Shame on them.

Don't know why that even if it's not busy at the store they put you on hold not 1, not 5, not 10 but more than 17 minutes!!! and I eventually hang off... C'mon guys it shouldn't take someone that long to help a client in person and then answer a call unless the employees don't care or ar slacking off, I've been in the stores at several busy hours" and there's hardly any customers and 2 or 3 reps at the counter doing nothing... I've had better and faster service at a government office and that's all I will say... and this is not just this store but experienced same kind of "service" at other locations..."

Really dislike giving poor reviews and only do so when we simply think it's unfair not to warn others. Wow, what a sad experience today. The staff here used to be so friendly, and it was our go-to always. Husband went in to make an albeit small purchase but grey-haired older dude working, just rude, no acknowlegement, just a rude fingerpoint to the wall, and a gruff direction towards the cashier to pay. You had no words, I guess, and we have no good words re your service (lack of) either. Very disappointed.

I know absolutely nothing about vehicles but the staff, particularly a tall South-Asian fellow, assisted me. The service is so impeccable that he even came outside and told me the best way to approach a problem. I had no clue what I needed, but this guy with integrity and honesty gave me parts I needed and not just fluff.Store is clean and full of things I wish I knew how to install and operate.Appreciate the attention to detail.

The older fella that always seems to work at the back is awesome. Parts are close by if not in stock. But cmon, 1 person running the counter on a Sunday? Created quite the lineup!
