Without a doubt, Richmond City's Parm is an expert in the flooring industry, and without hesitation, I would recommend Richmond City flooring to anyone who wants expert advise, with great price points.I not only received the right flooring for our project, I received and education about the subtle differences of each product for example, oil based products verses no oil based products; maintenance involved, scratch resistant, and water resistant and what it means.Give Richmond City Carpets Centre a call, it could save you $$, and you'll get the right product for your needs and be a stress free shopping experience.

As an Interior Designer I've worked with Parm on jobs from very small (two rooms) to large (multi-family). But no matter what the size of job the customer service, quality of install, adherence to schedule and value for dollar has been the same. I highly recommend Parm, his products & his crew.

I hired RCC to do the flooring for my entire house which is a new build. I’ve used many contractors and he’s one of the best in terms of quality, service and warranty. Parm has been great throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

Richmond City Carpet is just the best in Vancouver BC!!!’ You must get your carpet from Parm !I like share my experiences with you all.Parm the owner made sure I had the right flooring which fit my needs and budget.He specifically educated me in the various quality of flooring and he made sure the measurements were good and his installation employee Ali was just amazing.He was on time and his work in the insulation in my space was clean and very professionally skilled.Ali made sure everything was clean afterwards and I just love my flooring.Thank you for everything and I will definitely be using this company for my other spaces in my home. I had received brilliant service and Absolutely I will be referring my friends and family here!

We highly recommend Parm and Richmond City Carpet Centre Ltd. We needed to re-carpet a townhouse in Maple Ridge as part of an estate sale. We met Parm at his Richmond showroom and were able to quickly settle on the caret we needed. Parm ordered it in for us- from South Carolina- and we then set up the installation date upon arrival. The installer did a great job and we are extremely pleased with the value and service we received from Richmond City Carpet Centre Ltd. Would gladly recommend them to anyone!

I went to a few other carpet stores to get quotes before I talked to Parm, who gave me a much better price without me bargaining for it! The whole ordering and installation process goes smoothly and Parm is prompt in responding to all my questions. He even went beyond to remove the left over carpets after installation when I asked him, even though it wasn't part of the original contract. I'd totally recommend Parm to anyone who needs carpet installed!

He had a lot of different flooring options which allowed me to select the right color and product. And you can tell he has years worth of experience that made it easier to make some key decisions. His competitive pricing made him an easy choice for my flooring needs. I would not hesitate to call him again for future projects.
