Ananda Studios is my favourite place to practice yoga. The studio is very welcoming and Shaye is the loveliest. There is something for everyone here. Whether you are new to yoga, or a seasoned yogi, Shaye will patiently and gently assist you through your flow.

Best and most affordable yoga studio in Thunder Bay! The teachers are great and the classes always bring something new to help you improve and get more confident. My friends and I booked a private couples yoga group class and it was so much fun. Thanks Shaye!

Best yoga studio in town!!! Shaye the owner/instructor is so welcoming and patient, and the space is soo fresh and relaxing! Everyone should definitely check this studio out!
