I would highly recommend working with Ed and his team if you are looking for a new mortgage. Ed was able to calculate the numbers quickly to find out the best mortgage product for us based on our needs and goals. He and his team were incredibly professional, while still making us feel like we were part of the family. Throughout the journey, they were patient and kind in answering all of our questions, and really helped us learn about the advantages and disadvantages of different mortgages. I called and spoke with Ed today about an existing mortgage with another company. I had a lot of questions and he took a good 30 min out of his Saturday afternoon to share his expert advice and options with me. I had no business to offer him, and he didn't try and sell me anything. He just helped me out of the goodness of his heart and I really appreciated it. If I ever have the chance to purchase a home in Kelowna, he'll definitely be my first call!
