Customer service is bad, blaming me not being at home when they delivered. It is NOT my job to wait for a whole day with their unreliable expected delivery time. Location is so far from skytrain, they said you could call them and asked for a re-ship to location at town with a longer wait period.

I have surveillance camera proof: delivery person did not even attempt to ring door bell or knock on the door. He just straight up walked up the door, without package in his hand, and slapped a sorry you missed your parcel" sticker on my door. I was home

honestly just simply avoid fedex,I ordered something with priority express, only to have it absolutely screwed up time wise by fedex.Claimed that the shipper requested it back when no such event happened..Only way of helping me was by opening an investigation which doesnt do anything when its on the way to be sent back.Just dumb, unhappy every single time fedex is involved.They treat your packages like garbage, delay them, lose them, and cant help you with anything.The bot on the phone to talk to anyone is just stupid and doesn’t understand anything. Only by repeating something 50 times does it finally connect you to someone.Just stay away from fedex use purolator.

Raechelle was amazing at explaining to me what to do in order to get my shipping label setup with a return and pickup. She also called in a taxi for as I was stranded w/out cellphone service. Amazing costumer experience!

I wasn’t home at the first delivery attempt, but the women on the phone told me that they will attempt to deliver on the next day. On the next day, I had been waiting for the expected delivery the whole day only to find out that my package is on hold at this very inconvenient location without any delivery attempt. I should’ve just let it be left in the mailroom. It was disappointing for a premium carrier. I always prefer Canada Post because they have pickup locations everywhere.

Again I will be giving this establishment 1 star. Like others have said if we could give 0, thats what it deserves. Entire management should be overhauled and representatives reinstated. Horrible HORRIBLE centre.

They did not have my package they only brought a note saying they couldn’t deliver it. I was home and have a person at the desk at all times in my building. This is a scam to save them safe in their trucks. Maybe they’re drivers are overloaded but that’s not my issue. Delay it I don’t care but making me travel without a car is insane

To whom it may concern,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service I received from Purolator. On May 24, 2023 and May 25, 2023, I had two items delivered separately: a 48-inch computer screen weighing 55 pounds from LG and a carpet from West Elm.The first delivery attempt was for the computer screen. I was not home when the delivery driver arrived, and instead of trying to deliver again the next day, Purolator forced me to pick up the screen from their warehouse located at their Purolator Ship Center - Richmond 3700 Jerico RD, Richmond, BC, V7B1M5. The problem is that I do not have a car, and they refused to make a second attempt the next day when I had the scheduled delivery of the carpet from West Elm. The delivery driver clearly could have timed the delivery, but they did not. They also refused to leave it in the loby of my appartment at UBC when I expressed them to do just that over the phone when they called the buzzer to enter the loby.The second delivery attempt was for the carpet. I was at home all day because I was waiting for furniture from Roves, and Purolator did not even come to deliver it. They indicated on their website that they made an attempt and that I was not there, although that is not even true since I was indeed present. They also forced me to pick it up at the warehouse. How lazy the driver is?I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Purolator. I am a paying customer, and I expect to receive the service that I am paying for. I was not given the option to reschedule the delivery, and I was not given any explanation for why the delivery driver did not come to my home. I am also concerned about the fact that Purolator is lying about their delivery attempts.I am requesting a full refund for both items shipping fee. I would give 0 star because they’re the worst!!!!My package arrived at Fedex Facility, Wednesday last week. Then, Friday was supposed to be the delivery date but it was changed to Monday. I called the costumer service and they had told me to go there and pick up my package, so I went. Afterwards, the employee told me that I couldn’t get it as it’s in “Economy” they don’t have access. Well, why did the costumer service told me to go and pick up my package, then!!! I let it go, because I didn’t wanna ruin my day! Now, its Monday! I have been waiting all day for my package and its not “out for delivery” so I called the costumer service for the third time!!!!!!!! They said they will deliver it tomorrow, again! Because its in the big container and no access until tomorrow??! It’s so upsetting! You should hire more people then if you can’t keep up the work! It’s so disappointing!
