I absolutely loved working with Amanda, Grace, Steve, and the Gathering Event Co team. Their work is phenomenal. I am not someone who easily chooses and articulates design details, and Amanda was extremely helpful at proposing beautiful concepts that ended up exceeding our expectations. The team even agreed to set up DIY decor that I'd made with all of that 2020/21 pandemic quarantine time.I would highly recommend working with the Gathering Event Co. You will have peace of mind knowing that you are working with a team that is so skilled at what they do and with a designer who has such a great eye.

Our wedding day wouldn’t have been possible without Amanda, Grace and their team. Amanda is so amazing and incredibly talented at what she does. She is such a professional. I wasn’t 100% sure with my vision and she created exactly what I was hoping for. She is so fun to work with, so friendly and just the kindest person. You can truly tell she puts her whole heart into her work and wants to make your dream wedding day perfect. Amanda did all our décor. Our venue was at the Horticulture Building at Lansdowne so our space had nothing in it. She brought it to life and did such an amazing job. She also did our flowers and coordinated our day. These flowers were my wedding flower dreams. They were exactly what I was hoping for. I am obsessed with how they turned out. They were perfect and absolutely stunning! I gave Amanda a few photos and ideas and from there she made magic.Being a bride and planning your wedding can also just feel very lonely and so overwhelming. Every time I chatted with Amanda, I would feel SO much better. She puts your mind at ease and is just so wonderful to work with. Our wedding day wouldn’t have happened the way I wanted without her. I am so grateful to have worked with her! She was the first vendor I booked after we selected our venue. Don’t think twice about booking her. Coming from a very stressed, detailed oriented, type A bride (who also works in the wedding industry as a photographer) Amanda, and her team are everything and more you would want for your special day. The support you get from them, on top of all the planning meant so much to me. I am also sure Amanda dealt with so much on the wedding day and leading it up to it that I am not even aware of, she can sort out any situation and make a wedding day run so smoothly. We are so thankful for her!!! <3

Amanda and Grace are so passionate about what they do and it shows! Amanda was wonderful to work with and very creative with decorating our space. She listened to our vision and turned our venue into a beautiful ceremony and reception space. Our guests were raving about the florals. I’m still obsessed about my bouquet and our wedding arch! I would highly recommend her and her team.

Working with Amanda from The Gathering Event Co was the most amazing experience ever. She simply has a way about her that makes you feel so comfortable right away. She blew me away with her design and her openess to a vision that I couldn't of pulled off on my own. All the decor she chose and the florals were out of this world. I loved how easy she coordinated the whole day and made me feel like I could actually enjoy our wedding. Don't hesisate to work with her, I promise you won't be dissapointed!

Is there a way to give 6 stars?! I was beyond thrilled with my experience working with The Gathering Event Co. Their work is stunning and we received so many compliments about the florals and decor at our wedding. They went above and beyond in numerous ways throughout the planning, including working directly with our venue to try and execute a unique seating arrangement we requested. It was a great working relationship - Amanda was supportive of my ideas while lending her expertise to improve the design vision. I would also like to mention that we booked their services back in 2021 for our 2022 wedding and they honoured their pricing - which I've heard from friends wasn't always the case. In a hectic wedding season I could really tell the effort Amanda put in to make sure I felt supported as a client (while she probably had 500 other events happening at the same time)! Amanda is so lovely to work with & I can't thank The Gathering Event Co. enough for the amazing job they did! I highly recommend them for your next event!

Amanda is one of the loveliest people I've met. As a person and as a professional she was so wonderful to work with. We had to plan and re-plan our wedding a couple times (due to Covid-19) and she pivoted the plans every time without hesitation. Our wedding ended up being more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Her attention to detail, willingness to listen to what you want and ability to execute is beyond words. My planner had been searching for a while to find the perfect pieces for our elopement. I was so happy when she suggested the Gathering Event Company because they had the exact decor pieces we needed to bring together the boho/Moroccan inspired elopement we were planning. The decor items we used were beautiful, well taken care of, and at the great price point. I'm thrilled that I was able to have the Gathering Event Co part of my wedding day and would recommend them to any couple looking for some pieces for their next event!
