I had a duct cleaning for my house by this self owned firm. The gentleman is professional, efficient, and cares about the details. I strongly recommend the firm.

I dealt with Steve to set up the appointment. I had to cancel at the last minute because of a Covid lockdown. He was totally understanding and told me to call back when we were ready. When I called back after the lockdown he worked me into his schedule right away. Jeff and Nestar called ahead to let me know the exact time when they would be here. They were polite and totally professional. They put down a runner and corner protectors so that nothing would be damaged in the house. Our ducts including the dryer duct are now clean and the dust level in the house is much better now. I definitely recommend this company and will use them the next time my ducts need to be cleaned.

I had a serious issue in my recently purchased house, the master bedroom didn't have any air circulation, no cooling and my worst fear was for the winters, when the room would be absolutely freezing. I showed to 3-4 air duct companies and spent dollars in trying to find the solution but nobody was useful. Finally, after much googling, I came across superior air duct. Steve from their team came home with a camera that could be used to navigate inside the air duct to find the exact problem. It was a really tricky case, the builder had mistakenly connected the master bedroom's supply vent with the return duct. Solution found, but still the work needed to be done. Steve was able to isolate the exact location of fault and with minimal damage to the basement ceiling where the fault was located, he deftly disconnected the line from the return path and cmprovided a really neat connection to the input. And looking at the condition of the earlier connection, it seems like nobody found out the issue ever since the house was built 25 years back. Thanks to him, my house is warmer in the winters. Steve if you are reading this, thank you and I'll never forget what a wonderful job you did for us. 100% recommend!

Decided to get my air ducts cleaned after a house renovation. Saw their truck servicing my neighbour previously so I decided to give them a shot. They came on time as scheduled and quickly set up. I also prepared to ensure that all my vents were easily accessible. Luke the owner showed me that my furnace humidifier was moldy and my drain hoses were plugged. He replaced my humidifier filter, unclogged the hoses and explained to me how to maintain them myself going forward. Thank you Luke as you probably saved me hundreds of dollars or more in repair bills and useless maintenance services. We will be sure to hire your services again after the next renovation!

This is the first time I've used this Company honesty it was awesome!!!! Jeff was polite, professional, a hard worker doing the job right on time!!!! He was careful following social distancing. During this crazy Covid time we need clean air in our homes through the winter!!!! I highly recommend this Company ...do the entire home dryer vents as well you'll be glad you did...and your good for 5 years.

I initially emailed them asking for quotes and more information/clarification on some things on their website and was met with really attentive, useful, and not just canned responses. They never tried to oversell me on extras" but provided I wanted to know more and they provided detailed information when I asked about them (e.g. comparing their "platinum" vs whole home package).The duct cleaning itself went really well.
