I would totally buy an E plan here but they don't have any left! It's really nice! They have units 5 (D6) & 6 (D5) left (Tandem garages). Totally would recommend it to any Surrey townhouse or condo buyer.

I love living here, quiet, close to everything plus with the forest and walking trails it is like living in a park! The neighbors are great, I bought brand new and have absolutely no complaints.

Great complex in a great location. Don't let the couple of grumpy people say otherwise. Well built and well maintained.

Great little trails to walk. Dog friendly. Picnic areas are clean and park is well kept.

I can't tell you how happy I am to have sold my unit and not have to live there anymore. I don't recommend living there. If you intend to buy and rent it out, then that's different. The builders should be sued for how poorly the shared walls have been constructed. If you value even just a bare minimum of peace and privacy, do not live there. You can hear your neighbours walking up and down their stairs, when they close their doors, doing their laundry, you can hear them talking on the other side of the wall and if you were to put your ear to the wall you can actually listen in on their conversation! Because the floors are continuous from one unit to the other, you can hear and feel their pounding footsteps on the laminate flooring, especially if you are unlucky enough to have misbehaving kids running around next door. The walls are so thin-sulated that you can hear the neighbour snore in their bed on the other side of your bedroom wall! The strata management is useless and the strata council are timid and weak. There is zero enforcement of the by-laws and rules. You could take a walk around the complex and see almost every by-law being contravened and ignored, every day. Cars parked in fire lanes, cars protruding out into the road, cars parked sideways against their garage, cars belonging to residents parked in visitor spots, dogs off leash roaming around at night, kids playing with their toys in the middle of the road even though their is a designated playground in the complex, residents displaying ugly colored curtains in the windows for all to see, cars speeding through the complex at night, people walking around and smoking cannabis at night, cigarette butts littering the ground near visitor parking spots, leaky eavestroughs causing noise as it drips onto the metal flashing below, residents leaving their waste bins out on the road for 2 days solid, all kinds of stuff unsightly being stored on the decks and patios, the list goes on. This place is destined to be a slum very soon. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures and open concept living, shiny fixtures, goo-goo ga-ga. This is not a peaceful or pleasant place to live. You've been warned.
