We used to go to other WS in Vancouver since this one’s out of the way for us. But with all the staff shortage, long wait time and bad service we experienced in various other Vancouver locations, we keep coming back here because this location has the friendliest staff. The food is top notch comfort food. Always enjoy their seasonal menu as well! Keep up with the good work!

Our lunch was very good, we left here full and satisfied. The restaurant and the washroom were very clean, and the service in general was good. Although it was a bit challenging at times to get the attention of our server, they may have been short staffed on this day? Prices are a bit higher than some other restaurants, but then Whitespot has always been a bit pricey. Something to keep in mind if you're looking for a budget friendly meal.

Not all White Spots are equal. Some are very clean and their food well made, others are a hit and miss.This one, I have visited twice and their food seems to always be lacklustre. Lukewarm, soggy bread and freshness is sometimes questionable.The only thing this place has going for it is location and convenience.I enjoy dining at White Spot restaurants and so far, this one is the least favorite of all the ones I have visited by far.

Nat's Hearty Breakfast & Denver Omelette. Nothing fancy. Simple. Tasted very basic. Service was excellent but the hearty breakfast was just ok. The Denver Omelette on the other hand was a lot more tastier and flavourful. The Omelette was fluffy and well packed with onions and mushrooms.

The service at this location is so great, especially the host Isabella, who is so friendly and made us feel welcome! Our server was so kind and helpful but sadly I didn’t catch her name. We sat at a booth which was so comfortable and cozy.Most of the food we ordered was just decent, nothing special, so that’s why I gave one star off. The coconut prawns were delicious— the sauce however was mediocre. The Spaghetti bolognese and Chicken & mushroom fettuccine alfredo tasted quite bland and boring. I really enjoyed the garlic bread it comes with though! The Caesar salad was pretty good but I’ve tasted better elsewhere. I ordered the Blackberry gin fizz and I thought it tasted very watered down. The prices are surprisingly fair for the large portion sizes. I would recommend the food if you enjoy comfort food that tastes like something simple you would cook at home :)
