I couldn’t say more amazing things about Dr. Moccia and the rest of the staff at her clinic. Clinic was super easy to find with ample parking. From the very beginning I was met with smiles and respect, they were so great with using my chosen name and pronouns, definitely a safe place for trans folk! Dr. Moccia was thorough and made me feel as if she had all the time in the world for me. They were even able to squeeze me in for a last minute procedure at the end of the day! I’m so grateful for these dedicated healthcare workers, thank you for all that you do team!

My appointment with Dr. Moccia left me feeling reassured and taken care of. She is attentive, very knowledgeable, and thorough. The medical student at the appointment was extremely kind & clearly knowledgeable as well. Thank you both!

Aside from the friendly and accommodating staff, I unfortunately cannot recommend this dermatology clinic. I have rapidly deteriorating psoriasis and I went in for an appointment last month (first time at this clinic). Dr. Moccia seemed rather disinterested; she told me that I either can take pills which damage my liver/kidneys or use topical steroid medications (in addition to light therapy at my local clinic or at home if I purchase a UVB setup). I do somewhat understand this, there are not many options for the treatment of psoriasis.I was NOT asked at any point anything about important subjects such as my digestive health, the health of my gut biome, the general health of my immune system, etc. Basically, she offered nothing other than a simple prescription as a short-term solution. She showed no interest in actually wanting to retain me as a client in order to understand my conditions, what causes my psoriasis and how we can work towards alleviating my symptoms. All she seemed interested in was prescribing me a quick fix and moving on to her next patient. In recent years, there have been many breakthroughs in understanding that psoriasis (alongside many skin conditions) are a symptom of internal issues, often relating to digestive/gut health. I was not asked a single question relating to anything more than which prescription are you on? We'll try another prescription" the entire time I was there.I then had to insist that she refer me to an internist so that I can further my journey to better understand and (hopefully) combat the deterioration of my disease. At no point did she bring up a referral to any other specialist
