Arctic Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning

Called Arctic Breeze on Canada Day. The owner Sash answered and I explained my air conditioner was acting up and not working properly. Very hot day and I had 30 people coming over for the evening. Sash said he would be there within an hour and even called when he was on his way. That's customer service!!. He checked the air conditioner and I was expecting some bad news as it was an old tired unit. He found the very minor issue and repaired it within 20 minutes. He charged a very fair fee for the Canada Day visit. When my air conditioner finally needs to be replaced, I will DEFINATELY call Arctic Breeze for my new unit. He was courteous, fair, very pleasant and went out of his way on a Statutory Holiday. You will not be disappointed with this company.

I had called this company in to install a blower wheel...stated that I had already put the wheel in place and that the technician only had to hook up the wiring for it. They sent a tech named BILL CUNNINGHAM.... anyways he came and did some work, turned on the furnace and there was smoke everywhere... He started cursing and swearing.... gave it another try and more smoke came out...more cursing and swearing. He then said that he dont know what happened and maybe someone had wired it wrong before...blamed it on other people...when he was the one to hook up the electrical..I ofcourse didn't want to pay him for the service call. Who knows what more damage he had caused. So I called another technician in..and it turned out that Because MR. BILL CUNNINGHAM HAD HOOKED UP THE WIRING WRONG THAT SHORTED THE CIRCUIT AND BURNT THE MOTOR. I had called respectively and spoke to the owner named Ash... He refuse to take any responsibility and stood by his technician. SO PEOPLE IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO CALL THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICES... THINK TWICE... I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL. THEY HAD COST ME OVER $1000 OF THE COST FOR THE NEW MOTOR AND LABOUR TO INSTALL AND DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. THEY WILL NOT CARE FOR YOU IF ANYTHING HAPPEN..... DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY....

The central air in my elderly aunt's house broke down on the hottest day this year. I called Arctic Breeze around 8 am and they said they would be there before noon. At 10 am they showed up ready to work. I thought that we would need a whole new unit but it turned out that the problem was just that a fan had stopped working. They replaced it and a quick tune up and it was good to go again. I am really impressed with arctic Breeze's fast response time and their honesty as they didn't try to sell us a new unit. Very professional.

There was a frustrating process on running lines outside the wall due to tight space thus Arctic Breeze technicians we able to get through with their utmost desire to get the job done right. Would highly recommend Arctic Breeze to other homeowners.

Artic breeze installed 2 furnaces and AC units in our 10 unit apartment building which is our family investment property they charged me such a reasonable price and not to mention the efficiency and performance was outstanding the technicians were very professional and the owner himself was there and throughout the install whatever questions I had were explained to me by sash the owner very knowledgeable and experienced I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC service thanks again Artic breezeGeorge Belstone

We used a well known heating company for years in the past and every time we needed service they would fix our furnace and hand us huge bills. The last time we had no heat, we called Arctic Breeze. They came and fixed our furnace at a reasonable price. We explained our past situations and they money we have spent over the years. We were unsure of the age and efficiently of our furnace and wanted to know our options. The technician was knowlegable and gave us his opinion and recommendations. We ended up upgrading our furnace from a mid efficiency to a high efficiency and changed our A/C unit due to age. We couldn't be happier. Our hydro and gas bills are much lower than previously and we have surprisingly and pleasantly noticed a change in the comfort of our home.The Technicians we courtious and professional. I would use and recommend Arctic Breeze again.

I called Arctic Breeze as our AC would not fire up, i figured that the pilot light was out,Sash Kaziev answered my call and came over in a couple hours, he checked the AC unit and it was ok, in trademans like fashion he looked at the furnace and found it was wired up wrong as we had installed a new thermostat, Bingo!Thank you Sash, you saved the day, am I happy?...YESSash is now on our Christmas list

Absolute Life Savers!! Our Air conditioner broke down in the middle of a heat wave this summer... I know how busy they were, but Sash and Laura still went out of their way to get to us the next day (..on a Sunday...) to help us out!!We also ran into some warranty issues with our AC unit that without their help, we would have never been able to get reimbursed. Thank you so much for your help Sash and Laura! You guys Rock!!!

I called Arctic Breeze to do some work on my 20+ year old furnace. The technician they sent out was very courteous and knowledgeable. I thought for sure he would tell me that I needed a new furnace.No, he did a check up, changed the filter for me and said I was 'good to go'.I highly recommend Arctic Breeze Heating and Air for their honesty and courteousness.

They went above and beyond! If it wasn't for Sash and Laura and the rest of the team I would still be dying of heat without an AC unit! Because of them, I didn't have to bring my newborn baby girl home from the hospital into a boiling hot home, thank you guys!
