T. Kettle

The Tea Kettle has a wonderful variety of teas and even better service. The staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. I always look forward to visiting! I was recently served by Jessica and she gave me some great recommendations.

The T.Kettle is an awesome tea shop. They offer wonderful tea flavours and excellent service. The staff is warm and wonderful they are, always very welcoming and, extremely accommodating. If your ever in Stone Road Mall please make the T.Kettle one of your destinations.

We stopped by the T. Kettle location in Guelph on our way back to the U.S. Jess helped us find some new favorite teas. Sure would be nice if they would expand to locations in the U.S.!

I’ve been wanting to get into tea (not usually a big fan) and Jess took the time to find me an iced tea flavour I would enjoy! Excellent customer service from excellent employees who really know their stuff!

T.Kettle in the Stone Road Mall, Guelph is excellent. They offer a great variety of tea and the customer service is excellent. I got into the store 5 minutes before closing and Riva was very very helpful. She answered all our questions and suggested.a few different teas. She also showed us the infuser mug that we absolutely love. Overall Riva was excellent and didn’t care it was closing time and went over and above to help us out. I would definitely go back to this store. Thank you Riva.

This a great store for anyone who enjoys novelty teas that look and smell great. The staff member behind the counter was knowledgable and very patient as she offered me a sample of their flavoured matcha and answered my questions about the product.The store has dozens of different black tea, green tea, red tea and matcha options including plain green, black or red. They use natural flavour and colour in their teas which I feel takes away from them a little, but I still purchased some campfire chai which I've been enjoying as well as a couple flavoured matcha tins and some organic jasmine green tea.There are cute tea accessories available and everything has a clean and simple aesthetic to it. Worth a visit for anyone who likes to sip tea, hot or cold.

I’m very happy I found this gem. The tea is absolutely delightful, fragrant, and well-priced. Best part was the service. It was so nice to have in-person conversation about tea with another individual who knows far more than I do, and is equally passionate! I’ll be back because the tea is delicious and the service was excellent.

Tea that I brought was amazing. Coleen was so knowledgeable and lovely as well, made me feel very at home and welcome in the store. I will definitely be back :)

Whether your looking for a new tea to try, explore something new, picking up more tea brewing gear, or just going in for the usual comfy brew; the T Kettle is an amazing place! I went in looking for a new place for tea after my move and wow this place impressed. Great prices, cool cups and gadgets on the wall, and amazing staff that really know their stuff about tea. I went in recently looking for a tea that delivers on the traditional tea experience but with no caffeine. They didn’t even pause in suggesting several options. You really must try it as it has been a wonderful experience.

I've gone to T Kettle in the Stone Road Mall a few times now, and each time the staff has been super friendly and really helpful in terms of recommending teas to me and explaining what is in the teas I chose. Today Colleen helped me out, and she was super welcoming and friendly, happy to help me out and chat. The teas themselves are delicious, too. I won't look back to regular tea bags!
