Windsor Station Currency Exchange

I’ve been using their service every month for years to bring US pay over to Canada. Always a better rate than the banks and great service; polite, professional and they do what they can to make things easier for you. Will never go anywhere else again.

UPDATE - WSCE contacted me ( promptly ) to improve future outcomes on the persistent transaction delays I experienced. The 3-5 'Business Day' Hold applied to me is something I never anticipated to be subject to - but that is the source of the delays I experienced - and potential exchange rate loses. Add that to weekend limbo time and you see how this can snowball into long delays. New users should be aware of that for online transactions.Once you pass the 'safe' scrutiny that you are ' trusted' then you most likely experience good rates and faster completed currency exchange online. I will review in near future transactions when I monitor the 'trusted ' status process to gauge improved timeline.Original abridged review below:Rates are very good. In person experience can be limited hours due to Train Station location restrictions. Thus, I opted for online 'Trade' ( as they call it ) to save time and avoid the in person line-ups, travel, time restrictions. It took much time to set up an account. Initially, the first online 'Trade' / exchange, resulted in not a 2-3 day deposit to u.s. account. It was a lengthy12.5 days! This pattern has repeated each exchange online since from 8 to 10 or 12 days total before I see the funds at another bank.Granted, moving funds via 2 or 3 bank entities total within the process will consume time but not that much.I have lost considerable time just monitoring both canadian and u.s accounts to see the transaction completed.Best to Request being a trusted account holder - much like Banks can do when you deposit a cheque, in order to reduce or eliminate the initial hold on your funds that are used for the exchange.

I've been using WCE online exchange services since at least 2018. I exchange salary and dividend income from the USA several times month.WCE online services are convenient and the rates are better than any big bank. I used to use the big banks with their poor exchange rates and exorbitant fees. WCE has the best rates and the rates are very fair.I've never had a problem with their online exchange services. All transactions made from the convenience of my smart phone.Quick and easy.I recommend WCE to everyone.

I had twice interacted with them in person & one transaction was done online. If it is lesser amount, they will do it right away as less rate fluctation. However, if you do larger transaction or do online make sure you coordinate with Georgia and send her proof that currency being exchanged has left your account so they don’t hold funds for too many days. However, customer service wise they are very good. Reach out to you and listen their clients.

Windsor Station exchange is coinvent and easy to exchange money. Especially if you work in the Michigan and live in Windsor Highly recommend using them.

I visited Windsor Currency Exchange Station in June 2023. The exchange of currency was convenient and efficient, with no queues. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.and their rates were competitive. Overall, the entire process was seamless.
