I have made several purchases over the years from Van Isle Ford. I have always been treated with respect. If I ever had an issue (which was only once) with a product I found Van Isle Ford staff took care of the issue promptly and the matter was dealt with in a very professional manner

I definitely have to give these guys 5 stars. I cannot say that I have ever had a negative experience dealing with any of the staff at VanIsle Ford here in Port Alberni.My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles over the last 6 or 7 years here and have always been treated as any customer would want to be treated.Dustin, the man to see if you want great sales service, just helped me into a 2022 Bronco Big Bend. He is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He understands the importance of a good customer relationship.We have dealt with most departments here and have never felt less than the most important person in the room.If you are in the market for a vehicle, need some parts or service, check them out. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Dustin was my sales rep and spent the entire day with me answering questions, talking trucks, and walking me through every aspect of my new maverick. I got to meet the sales manager and the dealership owner (both were super friendly and have a lot of pride in this dealership). The finance manager walked me through every aspect of the warranty that comes with my vehicle and was very helpful in reviewing extended warranty options without pressuring me to purchase. I felt completely in control of it being my decision. He even gave me advice on a few simple tricks I can do at home to keep my truck paint looking amazing. Not a single step in the process felt rushed or that I was being sold/recommended for anything I didn’t need. This is my fourth time buying a vehicle and it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had while making this kind of a purchase. Unfortunately I live on the mainland so I can’t go to them for my vehicle maintenance. Otherwise I would. When the time comes to purchase a vehicle again, I will reach out to them and give them first shot at winning my business a second time. This team was enthusiastic about the products they sold, high standards in customer service, and high integrity when it came to quoting me the cost. No hidden fees, no tricks, no unexpected costs. Great service my husband surprised me with a 2018 Ford Fusion yesterday that I had been looking at.They were great and gave him a fair deal due to a few cosmetic issues with the car.After we got home I noticed the car was telling me the remote batteries were low so my husband called them this morning. They told him to get me to swing by and they would put new batteries in for me.Really above and beyond. Highly recommend definitely the best experience we've had buying a vehicle.

Always had great service from Van Isle Ford. This is the third new F150 I have purchased from them. The service department tends to all things required and a detailed explanation of what was done with my vehicle. It's a two hour drive from my isolated village to the dealership and Van Isle always considers this when booking appointments for us. They treat us like part of the family.

We’ve always been treated very well by the team at Van Isle Ford. We enjoy going to the dealership for any service to our Ford and when we buy again we will buy from them because we know there is integrity and honesty from the team in the way they do business. Plus they are friendly and we enjoy visiting while the vehicle gets serviced and washed.

At an appointment in April I had great service. They replaced the blower motor control but there was heat damage to the connector. They made a note that it works but it could cause a problem later.Mid summer climate control cuts out. No fan, AC, heat or defrost. The connector? Booked an appointment online two weeks in advance. The Friday before I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called and was put through to the service department where I asked about my appointment. “I can’t hear you, you’re breaking up, call back later” and he hangs up. WHAT?I call back, the receptionist can hear me fine and I asked about my appointment. “I haven’t checked my email in a few weeks.” WHAT?I give her my name and number and the service department will call me back. Never heard from them but the receptionist left a voicemail with a name I couldn’t understand and says I have an appointment Monday for the oil change I wanted. WHAT?Figured it was summer with low staff so I rebooked online in mid September. Never heard from them. Yeah me.
