After I sent all of the paperwork they asked, I had been waiting for 4 MONTHS for them to make a decision. Every time I called them, they had another and another excuses. Now it’s 8 months since I sent the application but they never called or emailed me since then.

Adam is very nice initially but once he has your money he is not helpful. Be very careful when doing business with him there are other people in desperate situations which he has no problem screwing over, how he sleep at night baffles me.

I find all of their information and you tube videos quite informative. Everything is explained in detail, using terms that everyone understands regardless of their previous real estate experience. It’s rare to see such transparency with a real estate company …especially in the middle of a housing crisis. Jagg Properties Inc. will definitely be on our top 3 “rent to own company” list when we are ready to purchase a new home.
