I visited this distribution center for the first time on Oct 17, 2020. I was glad to finally get the specialized product I had been looking for. I found the courtesy and efficiency of customer service outstanding, especially given the fact that I am a very small customer. I thank Peter and Alihan for their professional advise and care and therefore making this a very pleasant experience. Even though this was an 800+ km round trip, it was well worth it and I certainly plan to return one day if the need arises again. You guys really strive to help your customers!

the are not on time . The one thing that I'm sure is that customer service sucks. I've been waiting in the sales desk for 30 minutes and nobody even recognize I am here. Nobody has offered help.

I'm not a contractor in the first place . Prices might be cheaper that other places... I'm not sure. The one thing that I'm sure is that customer service sucks. I've been waiting in the sales desk for 20 minutes and nobody even recognize I am here. Nobody has offered help. This is not the end of the story My Friends. after 20 minutes the guy pulled the order from the wrong Warehouse so no longer I don't have my order on time .now I have to drive all the way to the older Warehouse to get my order.

Staff are helpful (and sometimes hillarious). We get our construction sealants and polyurethane caulking from them and they have the best prices for products like SikaFlex 1a and Spectrem sealants. Big orders or small orders doesn't matter. Recommended for sausage guns & accessories and backer rod too.
