The Store manager at this store showed me some nice product, my girlfriend absolutely loves her snake Ring!

The girl asked if she could get a size from the back and I said size 7. She brought it out and bagged it and started ringing me up before I could even see it. Brought the candle home and burned it only to pull the ring out and it’s a size 6 that doesn’t fit. Waste of money

Staff are always sweet and helpful. If people complain about them, there is something wrong with them. I love Charmed Aroma and shop there all the time!!!

I had a terrible experience tonight , (March 19) at the Oshawa Centre location. Which surprised me because I usually leave the store happy. I've been shopping at the oshawa centre location for over two years now. I've never had a more terrible experience then I had tonight. The two younger employees working tonight were so unprofessional and awful, it completely turned me off from buying a candle. As I was browsing, I heard the one unprofessional employee make a comment to the other one about the way I was walking and how it indicates that I won't be purchasing anything. When I heard her ignorant comment I left the store without buying anything. Most people with half a brain will at least wait until the customer leaves the store before they make comments. But these two didn't even have the sense to wait. They seriously made the store look bad and I'm sure if their manager knew they would reconsider these two girls as workers.

I had such great service. They greeted me as I walked in and answered all my questions I could have. Only down fall is that they only have a certain amount of ring sizes so you may be out of luck for certain scents. But if that happens just order online!

Horrible service customer service, they do not acknowledge customers waiting to enter the store. I waited at the door for someone to acknowledge me before entering but nothing!!When I entered because someone left I was asked to exit the store. The person that left entered without consent so I thought it was okay for me to enter, because they were 1 less person in the store and she was standing in front of me. (she was not acknowledge as well)I visited this location November 25th around 5:30pm the two ladies working seem overwhelm and it showed. When I got home I noticed that one of the candles I requested was not brought to the counter. Highly annoyed and hate that I have to return this location with horrible service!

Not a good shopping experience at all. There were 2 employees at the store, the young girl was very nice and helpful. Midway through my visit, an older lady employee walked into from the back room and started staring at me. She was extremely rude when I asked her about a product. She seemed very surprised when I purchased $100 worth of candles on the spot. She made me feel very uncomfortable the entire time.

Absolutely terrible customer service online. Took weeks to get my candles and when they arrived I found out one was sold out so they refunded one. Wil never buy these products again.
