Today I was there around 2:45p.m. I orderbeyond meat burger after taking 2 bites Irealized there are no onions in my burger. I wentback quickly as I was sitting in the food court.The girl listened to me properly and then askedif she could see the burger then I showed herthat there are no onions in burger. She told meto give burger back to her so she could addonions in that. As a reminder I told her againthat I already took 2 bites of burger but she saidthat's fine she can add onions to it now if I giveit back to her. I got really angry at that momentand then offered me onions on the side. Butnever said a 'SORRY' to me. Moreover, at firstshe gave me WRONG DRINK and when said thatI ordered sprite she said no u didn't said that.Seriously (g. She really need to get trainedmore.Customer service = 0Hygiene =0Order accuracy = 0Would love to stick to McDonald's for future andadvice for others too: DON'T EVER GO THERE!!

Don't buy kids' pack in A&W, please. A pack of fries is incredibly tiny. The drink actually costs extra $2.29, and it's very tiny too. If you buy everything separately, it will be actually cheaper.

0 for customer service. As I approached the counter two girls were standing lying to back counter ones name tag says puneet and otherone says SUPERVISOR no name tho and puneet was on her phone with her airpods on while supervisor was also busy chatting with her. Supervisor greeted me with “YES?” and when i said i wanna place an order she said go ahead. GO AHEAD to whom ??? She was busy with other lady and standing far from cash counter won’t it be stupid if i just start giving my order in air???? And then they were laughing.

Service was excellent and super fast !! Food was tasty..*** their machine need to be upgraded to new ones which supports gift card!! I have balance on my gift card but they don’t accept gift card on this store..

I went this location location inside city central mall. There was supervisor her name is told Manpreet. She is very Rude, she refuse to take order when I just confirm My drink because name was mentioned different on menu board and was showing different on screen when she was punching I just make sure diet coke or coca cola and she scrolled her eyes towards me and started behaving rude and said “ listen I am not taking your order i am working since 10 years here” I said I just make sure about drink only why you behaving very Rude.There was one more customer standing behind Us even that customer told her why you showing bad attitude they just confirming order. She was Rude with him too. When I asked give me your store number she refused but that customer he said he will complaint about her attitude towards customer.I don’t know what they feel when they works that long at same place. Thay don’t want to take customer then they can put board sorry we can’t take customer because we don’t have manners how to speak politely with customers and if customer asks questions “sorry we don’t have answer”How she scrolled her eyes towards me I can’t forget”I will never ever go to this location anymore and definitely will tell my friend and family about my experience with that lady supervisor Manpreet.Actually she deserves 0 star.

Good experience every time there. All the people are nice. Nav, puneet and Harry are friendly with talking and take care of the clients. I Get vegetarian burger from them and the onions rigs are amazing. Go with comb and save some money.Thanks guys.

I came at 6:20pm and ordered mozza burger combo and the lady working today made excuses that there’s a 10min wait etc. then i told her i can wait then she took her time taking my order because she was talking to the kitchen person in their language then suddenly she said the grill is off it is being clean and we cannot make you a mozza burger. Not sure why they clean the grill so early and didn’t even make extra patty for the mozza burger. Plus they have no seedless bun for the buddy burger. Talk about being lazy because they are closing. Disappointed and would never come back to this store ever.

Staff is so friendly and great customer service every time i go there.It’s a very busy store but I always get my order in time ,very fast service. Highly recommend.

This place is decent when they get it right. Sometimes the food can come out cold, I mean colder than a soup that’s been left on a summer evenings porch. When the food comes out hot though, it is good. Some of the staff are nice and accommodating and some of them are rude. Not too sure what’s up with them, but let’s just say, their attitude is reflected through their mediocre service. Anyways if you crave A&W, this place is worth a shot.
