Had a great experience with Jones General Store. They took the time to educate me on their products and even offered to customize their future picking and searches to fit my styles and tastes. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I live in the US and I wanted this vintage box of matches. Of course, this place being a general goods store in Canada, I contacted them to see about shipping to me. So we exchanged a bunch of emails, and eventually a week or so goes by, and it arrives on my doorstep. This place is great and they exceeded my expectations. The customer service was fast, nice and overall a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend buying something from them, it will be worth it. I know it was for me. I appreciated doing business with them.

I had been searching for awhile for a very specific vintage item and almost abandoned hope of finding it. While doing a Google image search, I stumbled across the exact item in nearly pristine condition from Jones General Store! We exchanged a few emails regarding shipping to the US, got a quote to do so, instructions to purchase on the site, and voila! A few days later my item arrived, packaged with care. The process was quick and easy, the shop owner is extremely responsive and friendly, and their inventory has such unique items! I will definitely shop with Jones General Store again!
