I had never worked with an Interior Designer before working with Melissa at Fine Redesign. Melissa was fantastic and put me at ease right away. I was relieved to learn that I could work with an Interior Designer and not have to hand over full control to someone else. Melissa was happy to let us source our own furniture and also work with furniture we already own, but to help us pull it all together. I find spatial relations difficult, and so having help with what size area rugs to get for our new home was a primary goal for me. Melissa came to the rescue and perfected our furniture arrangements. She was very accommodating with build delays and our crazy work schedules. I also really appreciated the way she listened to my husband and I and helped us find ways to meet both our needs - even when at times they seemed contradictory. I would absolutely use Fine Redesign again and recommend this company to others.

I have used Kathryn Wood services on multiple occasions. On the occasions that she was not available, she provided me with an alternate solution. My husband and I contacted the Fine Redesign team to help stage our home prior to putting it up for sale, and we couldn’t be happier that we did! Melissa and her team arrived with a detailed plan and she worked her magic on our large three bedroom townhouse, transforming each room into an inviting and polished space. She did an excellent job working with awkward angles and spaces, and ultimately made it feel like a fresh space straight out of a magazine. Using primarily our own furniture, Melissa rearranged the rooms and supplemented with some of the Fine Redesign team’s items to make each room feel finished and cohesive.
