Just bought my first condo and there’s no chance I would have been able to get what I got without Nia. She worked her mathematical magic to get me my dream starter home. I’d tested out other mortgage brokers in the past and nobody was even able to come close to what Nia could get me in terms of purchase power amount and mortgage interest rate. To top it all off she is very professional, courteous and hard working, I’m pretty sure she works 24 hours 7 days a week. Will be using Nia and Peak Mortgages for my next property!
