Refused to honor battery warranty (with receipt!) Employees could not or would not use a load tester, and after 2 days of charging pronounced a 6 month old battery at 30% GOOD. but he 'wouldnt use it himself.' What?! No refund or exchange, $200 down the drain.We have run equipment for 20+ years and have not had this problem with batteries (NAPA brand or otherwise) before. Being told there is 'no more warranty' on a 6 month old battery is nonsense. Why they are trying to find a reason to not honor the warranty is beyond me. Its bad for business and frustrates long time customers. We have no plans to 'properly care for' batteries by pulling them in and out of machines every use as Napa seems to think is reasonable. Our business will go elsewhere.

I was getting some exaughst camshaft position sensors and I ordered them over the phone and they didn’t get the right part but when I showed up and went to get it they searched the part with me there and they happened to have the in stock and their service was very kind

I cannot say enough about this business! We were stranded in the Coop parking lot on July 3rd (holiday Monday) with a broken down trailer. Firstly their answering machine gave 4 different after-hours cell numbers and they all either answered or called back. Tom met us at the store to get parts and Marty (my knight in coveralls) went above & beyond to get us fixed up and back on the road. Thank you so much!!!!

Pincher Farm/Napa, Great People, Very good Knowledge. I would say if you need parts for vehicle or tractor stop by there before going anywhere else. I was an Assistant Manager at one of the parts/automotive/tires shops in town. Napa/Pincher Farm has the best staff. They are willing to help you out.

The store is very well stocked parts of every category. The products are well organized on very large shelving untis .They seem to have special prices all the time. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They came out to show me the product's I needed. Carried them the counter, and after I paid them, put them in our truck. Could not get any better.
