I went to Applewood Nissan Richmond to look for a third car. Eleanor, the product advisor, gave me a thorough run through of my new car. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She was able to answer all my questions, and had excellent follow-up after our purchase. Also, Cindy, from the finance department, took her time to explain the different packages for the extended service and provided financial options in detail. I am really happy with the customer service and I am thankful to all the staff who helped us. I would strongly recommend Applewood Nissan to anyone who needs a car.

Fantastic experience here thanks to Winnie! She has a very down-to-earth and genuine approach that you don't find too often in car salespeople. Very accommodating space with great details like a personalized photo with your new ride, massage chairs and a stocked lounge. Ringing the gong was a fun touch! Would recommend!

We had a wonderful day car shopping at Applewood Nissan. They are dog friendly so we could bring our fur baby along (also helps so much with calming any anxieties around big purchases). Each staff member that we interacted with were full of positive energy and created a great atmosphere, one even gave our Maggie some dog treats!!! Keanu was so friendly and fun, we test drove a few cars that were on our list and we even had a little dance party to test out the car sound system. I never would have thought buying a car could be this memorable! Thank you Keanu for all your help today, we are so excited about out nissan rogue in CHAMPAGNE !!!
