Ordered our bubble tea ahead of time on Uber by 10:37 and would be ready at 10:50pm however we were at the store already and waited twenty minute. And they were taking orders however they cancelled our order and were still taking orders. Terrible service and they canceled our order and stated that they can’t make our drinks. And they were serving everyone before 5min of close. Don’t come to this location. Terrible service! And there was two people working. That is very sad! Also they charged us DONT COME HERE THEY WILL RIP U OFF AND WASTE UR TIME!

They make really great fresh tea. I love their passion fruit black tea with pearls. It is very refreshing. I wish this place will open for dine incustomers.

Drinks and staff are okay, haven’t encountered any issues. However, their rewards system is mysteriously always “down”. It’s been like that every time I’ve gone in for at least the last six months, maybe more. This doesn’t happen at other Coco locations.

Friendly staff. Didn’t have lactose-free or soy milk. We tried pearl milk tea and passion fruit green tea. Probably 30% sugar is not enough, it was kinda bitter.

We ordered on Uber at 10:37pm and it said they would be done by 10:50pm so we got there and waited for 20 mins before they told us it was cancelled. As we were asking them why, another customer walked up and ordered a drink. When we asked why she was able to order, the cashier said her drink took 5 mins and they couldn’t make ours.

Classic large chain to get bubble tea with pretty consistent quality throughout the franchise locations I’ve been to. This store in particular is quite large, very bright and clean. Staff are quick and efficient. I'd recommend half sweet for all drinks. I personally like less ice/no ice as well.Pearl Milk Tea: my go-to drink, with powdered milk. It’s nice and creamy.QQ Milk Tea (potato/taro balls): very tasty and chewy potato/taro balls. Milk tea flavour was great as usualBubble Gaga (Passion Fruit): strong passion fruit and tea flavour, with a good amount of toppings, but was a bit too sour for me.3 Guys (pudding, pearl + grass jelly): super loaded drink, you will not run out of toppings while you drink. Pudding was very soft, without much distinctive pudding flavour though. Grass jelly was also soft and smooth. Pearls were a good consistency. The drink base is just regular milk tea.
