Having had a bad experience with our existing roof, we decided this year it was time to change. Our existing roof was only 10 years old but every time the wind blew over 80 we would lose shingles. I myself did a load of research about what shingle we wanted and the CertainTeed Landmark Pro is about the best out there. CertainTeed has a list of approved contractors which have clearly been verified and approved for their workmanship and just as importantly their integrity. We liked Bob from the very beginning. Very knowledgeable, very understanding about my many questions and at no stage did we feel under pressure to sign. We decided to proceed and at the same time replace our eaves etc. Before works could start we lost shingles on 2 occasions! Within an hour of calling Smart, Mario came out to carry out temporary repairs all for no charge. Our new roof and eaves are now on and they look magnificent. Igor, the foreman, Martin the eaves guy and Bob the main man have been a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, excellent workmanship all for a very fair price. I would recommend everyone who wants to change their roof or eaves to use Smart Roofing. You will not be disappointed!

If you are looking for a competent and honest roofer do not look any further, smart roofing is the company you want to hire. The roof of our house had been done 2 years before we buy it but we had doubts on the quality so called the company. Bob came over and identified issues he fixed properly so we feel much more confident now. We know that the roofing industry is like the wild wild west and very bad actors are out there, so Bob could have found excuses to charge us more but he did not. He even fixed something he did not see during the inspection and he did not charge us for it. We appreciated his honesty and professionalism and will not hesitate to call him again, for this house or the next one!

Our roof was about 17 years old and in bad condition. So, we contacted Smart Roofing and Bob was able to come over that same day. He told us what was wrong and that we had to have our roof replaced as soon as possible. He told us all that would be done to bring our new roof up to today’s standards and was very confident about everything that would need to be done by the roof installation team. The installation team arrived that next Monday morning and did everything that needed to be done in a single day. Once the roof was installed, they made sure to properly clean up all around the house. They assured to us that everything was installed and done properly. The next day Bob came over for a final inspection of everything done which was definitely appreciated. We never felt any bad pressure to sign the contract when he first came over. We felt confident that we made the right decision choosing Smart Roofing. Bob is very knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding with all of the questions we had. Also, the installation team themselves are considerate and hardworking. Just very professional and great workmanship overall. We are very satisfied with our new roof and will definitely recommend Smart Roofing to our friends/family in the future.

After receiving a few quotes from different companies, I decided to go with Smart Roofing Inc. Because of their good reputation and quality workmanship. After the work was completed I was very happy that I decided to go with them. That work was done with care and good attention to detail and great shingles and I was informed a day ahead of time to be prepared for the work to begin.
