Amazing place for kids. Took my 6 year old son and bought a pass for 2 hours. Ots very economical and their rides and games are too attractive for young kids. Loved the staff there. Every staff member was polite and helpful

We had our middle daughter's birthday party there in January and spent almost $1,000. Just had our oldest daughter's party there Saturday and spent over $1,000. I asked them on the phone if I could bring my own juice boxes and the lady said it was fine. Then on Saturday they had a group of employees and the Manager, Noah, embarassing me in front of my guests, telling me I needed to remove the juice boxes. They lied and said they didn't approve of them on the call (they DID approve of them). I was almost in tears because it was about 20 time taken away from me enjoying my own party. I told them how much money they will lose in future business from me and Noah basically laughed. Very arrogant and not helpful at all. Made zero attempt to rectify the situation. Kids had a great time but they do not treat parents well even though you're spending a fortune there.Edit: I filled out the guest survey and customer service invited me and my family back. I am going to increase the star rating because of this.

Had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was great. Firstly, when you have parents dropping off, there is piece of mind knowing that only the person with the selfie with the child can leave with the child. I love that! It’s a busy place so the added security is very welcome. This may be the first party I’ve had where I hardly lifted a finger. My host, May, was absolutely amazing and so was the party coordinator (can’t remember her name). I would recommend a party here. The only thing I would improve is the redemption counter. The line was long and it cut into our play time a bit. My daughter enjoyed herself and so did all of our guests including parents. The pizza was better than I remember. The pineapple bacon pizza was a hit and had delicious large chunks of juicy pineapple. In comparison to other birthday venues I have used, this one stands out especially because the host actually does what you expect. Also the bathroom was clean. It was great! I would definitely book here again!

Creepy start - they make you take a selfie on entry, and when we tried to leave later on, the staff member stood blocking the exit gate until we showed her our selfie. They didn’t ask us to share, but non-verbal coercion? No thanks. Games and mini rides for kids aged 3 and up. All machines require 1-2 tokens. They used to have a free playground apparently, but that’s gone now; everything is pay-to-play. All games run on a timer, generally lasting about 20 seconds; player skill has no effect on the timer. Video Games are mostly low quality, no name. We bought the 42 tokens for $17, the cheapest option, and it lasted a bit under 30 mins. If you’ve 2+ older kids aged 5 and up, definitely buy the 30 minute timed pass, as it’s better value. Compared to real arcades, this place is awful low-rent depressing; the games are peak ADHD with their fixed 20 second windows, and always end prematurely resulting in disappointment and anger for the kids and adults. The only good thing I can say is that you get to choose a lot of different games to play without it costing too much. The kids seemed to love it, I hated it, and the selfie thing was off putting, so it’s 2 star for me.

3 machines broken, taking my points but no repair. I told cashier and I got my point back. But you would figure they would put a broken sign on it to prevent others from swiping their points, but noooo. Kids swipe, lose points - Chucky Cheese make money. Salad bar for $11.99 is not fresh. Macaroni type salad is dried out.I don’t see anyone sanitizing machines.Otherwise it’s a fun place for kids, but they don’t pay the bills.

As always, we had a great time at Chuckecheese. We went on a Saturday night and there wasn't many people here. This location is so large and spacious and I find it very clean..staff were very nice. There was a ramp for wheelchairs. We bought the 60 minute cards which is always worth the money versus the cards with the coin value. Those finish fast, but with the time, the kids will play again and again, it's always worth it.Chucky seemed so busy with the birthday parties but upon special request, the staff had him come out again to dance with the kids not in the party. My daughter loved that.I'm glad there were games for all ages, even grown ups!The 60 min card was $30. The bands were $2. We will be back! The dipndots were $6.75 (forgot to take pics).
